Rapid response sent the most amazing team to replace my furnace and 2 AC units. Justin, Leon and Landon were detailed, honest and somewhat perfectionist in my opinion. I was so happy I went with Rapid over the other 3 quotes I got, they really did a great job. These 3 guys worked very hard for 10 hours, cleaned up any messes and I feel like I made the right choice because of them. I work for surveys in my business and I get rewarded for good surveys, so I hope whomever is in charge of giving these guys accolades, pay raises, bonuses, whatever it might be, that you give it to these guys!!!! They are the reason I would refer Rapid!
Mike was great. He performed a quick assessment, gave a price quote and finished the job quickly. The tracker to help me gauge his arrival time was not accurate but I called their customer service line and was able to get better details easily. Great service. Thanks!
Due to the storm, which occurred while we were out of town, rapid response has been to our house three times for plumbing heating and electrical issues. Each time the technicians were outstanding, efficient and reasonable, the HVAC technician Keith, and the electrician Jeremiah, quickly diagnosed our problem, and recommended a long-term solution/upgrade. After researching the recommendation, we determined it was the best solution and had the work done. We were so impressed with their professionalism, promptness, and communication that we signed up for their annual maintenance at a very reasonable cost.
3 hours pass the 4 hour window. Wanted $400 for a simple inexpensive fix. Lowered to 175 when said no. Never use again.
Clogged line. Said it was cleaned and no longer should leak. Offered to replace our drain pan as the one we had didn’t look good and add another line. We declined as it has worked for 5-6 years as is. A day later the line clogged again as it appears it wasn’t cleaned properly. They would not come back out to help until the following week. I thought something “fixed” should stay fixed for more than 24 hours. If your fix fails in 24 hours or less than you should as a company rush back to correct the work. We understand that the first fix didn’t work, but to offer to charge us “out of hours” money to fix your work isn’t ideal service.
After receiving a couple of quotes, we hired Rapid Response to help us upgrade our 30 year old upstairs HVAC system to new, more efficient units. Everything from the initial quote inspection to install and payment went smoothly. During the quote process Dylan fielded all of my questions and provided me with knowledgable answers. One thing that stood out to me was that he wasn't trying to persuade me into certain brands or add-ons that weren't needed. I initially was interested in an American Standard system, which is typically higher priced, but after an informative discussion he helped me settle on a more cost effective solution that still met all the capabilities I was looking for. His guidance saved us several thousand dollars that were mostly do to brand name. Their name "Rapid Response" is true, as it was just a couple days later after approving the estimate that Landon and his team were here installing the new unit. Like Dylan, Landon was very knowledgable and we felt well taken care of. He discovered that our original refrigerant lines were the correct size and in good shape, which meant they were able to reuse them vs having to install new ones. His observation saved us money and greatly added to client/contractor trust. I've worked with these folks before a couple years ago for a tankless water heater install and the experience was great then too. I will definitely be calling them when it comes time to replace our downstairs HVAC system.
due to new management, all of the veterans that worked here are no longer working here anymore either or being fired. I can tell you that they are not the up and up company that you think they are. I know personally that the owner Jack pays to have the bad reviews . That I can honestly say I have a screenshot of him telling people to have their families, friends and themselves fill out good reviews so that his company will grow. This company will not last longer than maybe six months to a year. They are also installing the lowest grade AC units that they can install so they can pocket the extra and knowing that the system is not medium to a high running system, they know that there will be numerous problems and call to be able to make more money off of their customers.
I needed to get a toilet installation completed in a hurry (nobody wants an out of order bathroom). I contacted Rapid Response from their website & got a reply within a few minutes! Michael scheduled a technician for our earliest availability (very next morning) & the technician, Neal arrived before 9AM! He had the replacement part in his inventory & had the new valve installed in minutes!! The work was super clean! Neal was courteous, efficient, & clearly a skilled plumber! (Bonus points for testing the functionality of the new toilet & being generally personable!)
They sell a service package which includes tune ups, etc. Our experience was that the tune ups were used as an opportunity to sell far more expensive things... like a new HVAC system, redoing plumbing, etc. Also, their tech vaped in my house! I was stunned. I also let him use our step stool so he didn't have to get his ladder... he returned the favor by leaving it where he used it instead of putting it away. I asked for a refund because I didn't want to continue the tuneups... and they won't return my calls. Do not recommend.
I used Thumb Tack to look for a plumber and Rapid Response responded very, very quickly. They sent Ryan Rhudy to check the situation, diagnose it, and come up w solutions. I appreciated his knowledge and his patience in answering all my questions. He as friendly, polite, knew how to get the job done. We are very happy with his diagnosis, his solutions. Thank you, Ryan Rhudy (he goes by both names so I wanted to make sure this review was for the right person)!
My dad had issues with the AC, and Demetrius came out to service it. He was friendly, easy to talk to, but helpful explaining what was going on. He spoke to my dad during each step he took and even though I might suggest a toothbrush for the next visit lol he got everything taken care of at a very reasonable price. Overall the service was great. We really appreciated his professionalism and the effort he put into making sure everything was working properly.
I had a great experience with Demtrius when he came out to service our air conditioning unit. He was not only professional but took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and made sure I understood the issue and the solution. That level of care really stood out. Although I do want to mention that his coworker didn’t seem as interested in explaining things, but Demtrius absolutely made up for it with his knowledge and willingness to help.
This experience was great from beginning to end!!! The price was very affordable! The speed of response matched the name of the company. There were no hidden agendas, no hidden motives and no hidden charges!!! The workmanship and dedication to get the job done on the same day with excellence was very evident. After years of dealing with pipe issues, we now have the main pipe line repaired! By-by root ball!!! Free at last!!! 😂
Harley did a quick and efficient replacement of a burst pipe and a clean up of prior repairs. He also provided a clear reason for the work he was doing and pointed out potential future trouble spots. Highly recommend. We had Harley back to correct some other problems and potential problems. We feel confident in the repairs and would recommend Harley and Rapid Response to anyone needing plumbing services!
I have been using Rapid Heating and Cooling for years and they never disappoint. I had Demetrius Morris come by to do some preventive maintenance on my HVAC and Demetrius went Above and Beyond my expectations. He was so courteous and kind and did a great job on all my HVAC needs. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Demetrius. He is the BOMB!!
