I had a great experience with Rapid Plumbing. I reached out regarding leaks in our kitchen ceiling, and they were able to come out promptly to inspect the issue and provide an estimate for the repairs. Our technician, Ryne, quickly identified that the leaks were coming from the roof and fixed the issue with our plumbing inside as well. He was punctual, respectful, and polite, and did an excellent job preparing the work area and cleaning up once everything was finished. The repairs were completed thoroughly, and we were very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Rapid Plumbing for any plumbing needs and will definitely use them again in the future.

Discovered my water heater was leaking at 7pm on a Tuesday night. They had someone out to assess the situation by 9pm. New heater installed by 5pm the next day. He also put me in touch with a great restoration company to help with water damage. Super friendly. Explained all my options. Provided clear quotes. All around great experience.

Rapid plumbing is correct! I called them on a Saturday and they came out the next day (Sunday). They gave me a window of time they could come out and came at the beginning of the window with a call prior to make sure I was ready. The service crew, Rayne and another, were clear about the issue and made sure I knew the price prior to fixing the problem. They have me up and running for a busy Monday in my office. Thank you!

I’m so glad my technician Ryne came, I was unsure what to expect, but I feel confident that he could quickly diagnose my garbage disposal problem. I am extremely pleased with the Amazing work that was provided. Wonderful customer service. Great price. Very friendly. And made everything look great. We changed from an older model tub set. due to a leak in the old valve and the manufacturer also doesn't make anymore. To a more modern up to date up code shower set. This Makes my shower look so much better and he did a great job on the clean up.
