Steven and Scott came out due to a tankless hot water heater issue. Within 30 minutes they were able to identify the issue and fix it. Highly recommend this company. Friendly people and great service! 10 out of 10.

My wife and I are remodeling our home and decided on Rapid Flow Plumbing after meeting with Jeff the owner. A friend referred us and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We had a new tankless hot water heater installed by Dillion and Jimmy. I highly recommend you request them; however, our interaction with the whole team has been an easy and stress free experience. We are also have a new bathroom installed in the basement and look forward to having the crew return.

Rapid Flow fixed a leaking plumbing line in a commercial office building I bought last week (water heater safety relief line). They did the repairs for the previous owner the day before closing. Upon closing and taking ownership I got a good look at their work and Rapid Flow’s fix was to cap the discharge line on the domestic water line pressure relief!!!! The building has no other safety means to protect an over pressurization. THIS IS AGAINST PLUMBING CODE!!! I called the owner and he said because it has another plumbing violation, he felt it was ok and felt no obligation to protect his Georgia Master Plumbers license and said he’d fix it per code if somebody paid him to do it the right way. As a licensed General Contractor myself, my response would be “LET ME FIX IT IMMEDIATELY” to protect by business, my name and license. Not Jeff, he kept referring to the fact that the existing violation was there instead of taking accountability for HIS work. In short, a non-restricted Master Plumbing license holder installed plumbing against code, got caught, wants more money to make it right…which they failed to do the first time out…They got caught because I’m a commercial GC and Mechanical Contractor and know the code. How many installs have they worked on and violated code, but didn’t get caught because the owners don’t know the code like I do?

As a small business owner, I appreciated the timeliness in which Rapid Flow Plumbing responded to a leak at one of our locations. We had a leak in one of our main lines, which if not properly addressed could have caused a lot of damage that would have been costly and resulted in major downtime. Jimmy and Dillon were both professional and knowledgeable and made sure I knew what was necessary to fix the leak and get us back up and running.
