Carlos was our technician. We had an issue that another HVAC company had already come out to look at. I asked Carlos if he could come the same day, and he made the time. After he arrived, I explained the issue and let him know that another company had already inspected it. He walked me through everything he was doing from start to finish. Along the way, he mentioned one or two future HVAC upgrade ideas, but he was never pushy or trying to sell unnecessary products or services—he genuinely just wanted to help. As it turned out, I did not need an entirely new furnace like the other company had told me. Instead, a thorough cleaning and tune-up was all it took. The entire experience left my wife and me extremely happy with the honesty, integrity, and pride Carlos—and his company—take in their work. I will absolutely recommend this company and will specifically seek them out for future projects. They will 1000% have my business based on this single experience alone!

They came out the same day that I called (even though it was Easter) to look at my water heater. Determined I needed a replacement and came back first thing in the morning and replaced the unit. They did a quality job and were prompt and courteous about it. Gave me a lower price than other contractors were quoting. I would recommend these guys if you’re ever in need of a new water heater.
