I hired Rain City Plumbing to run 2 gas lines for a fire pit and grill. They did the work on time, as expected and for a fair price. What makes them 5 star is their customer service. Jamie made sure he understood what the lines were for so the end result would be exactly what I needed. He even happily fulfilled my request to make an adjustment to the height of the gas pipe. Then he made sure all my other gas appliances were still working as expected once he finished the job. I’d highly recommending contacting Rain City for you plumbing needs.

Cannot recommend them enough! Derrek, Darren, Jaimie, Phillip, Marco, and Cheryl were all freaking incredible and handled all my issues professionally and timely. Their price was very good, quality was great. I kept having them do more and more work for me, they were so good. Have recommended them to many friends in the area and will be using them as my designated plumber in the future. Turnover has been difficult recently with them losing a plumber or two. This may be the reason other reviewers have noted it taking a bit longer to get back on estimates and calls. If you can be patient, you will find it worth the wait

I had a very pleasant experience with Rain City Plumbing. Their office was responsive when I contacted them, and I really appreciate that they were able to come out to see my condo to give me a free estimate. I contacted multiple other plumbers and they all charged $35-150 just to visit and give an estimate (they "waived" this fee if you chose to hire them, which I think is their strategy). Rain City Plumbing was able to come out and take a look at my shower quickly, and they gave me very clear and transparent estimates for how much it might cost. The two gentlemen who came by were uniformed, neat, and very polite and patient when explaining things to me. They were respectful of my home, and took off their shoes without me asking (when they needed to go further into a carpeted area to look at the back of my wall). They also followed up with me later to offer me a discount on the cost of parts. When I told them I was waiting to hear back from some of the other plumbers I had contacted, they were understanding and they actually recommended that I shop around and get quotes. I really appreciate that they were very willing to educate me as a new home owner, instead of trying to take advantage of me. While I didn't hire Rain City Plumbing to work on my job in the end, it was purely because I got a more competitive rate elsewhere. I still would highly rate Rain City Plumbing because of the great customer service I received. Thank you!

Derek showed up promptly to our request for waterline replacement from the meter to the house. He performed a thorough examination of the project, identifying and pinpointing the source of a drain pipe leak in the crawlspace that had been missed in other inspections and work. Rain City provided a detailed estimate of the waterline replacement and drainpipe repair work that showed exactly what they would do and provided an estimate of the time that plumbing would be out of service. Derek and Darin performed the work on time advising us on issues that were uncovered as they went. The water was back on within one day and the work was completed for the estimated cost. I highly recommend Rain City Plumbing.

Rain City Plumbing was absolutely fantastic to work with. They came out right away, gave a reasonable quote, and got me scheduled with no issues. They did great work and went above and beyond, completing all of my odd requests (we're doing a multi-phase laundry room remodel) without hesitation. Not only that, but they were happy to give advice for some of the work we wanted to try to complete ourselves. Derek was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! I will always use Rain City Plumbing for any future plumbing work. I highly recommend this company!
