Dan was on time and he was very nice. Seemed very knowledgeable and informative. Gets good marks. Now we're still dealing with the issues he discovered. He started the process but now we have to deal with our insurance.

Raider Router is an exceptional company. The service and quality are truly top-notch. More companies and professionals like this are needed! I would especially like to recognize the outstanding employees Jordan and Amadeo. On their first visit, they quickly identified and documented the issue — a leak between the house and the main water line. After that, the office followed up and scheduled a convenient day and time for the repair. Today they arrived right on time, in a great mood, and immediately got to work on a very difficult job. The result was absolutely perfect — clean, precise, and professional. What can I say — you should be proud to have such employees. Jonathan and Amadeo delivered excellent service from start to finish. Thank you very much for your attitude toward customers and your work. It’s very uncommon to find a plumbing company that is reliable, shows up on time, does the job the right way, and leaves everything spotless when they are done. That level of professionalism is rare these days, which is why this experience really stood out. From start to finish, the entire team was excellent. Communication from the office was clear and professional, and the field technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of the property. I want to give special thanks to Gio, Sergio, Dairon, and Ace for their outstanding work in the field. Also, a big thank you to Michael Lehrman, who I understand is the manager, and Bobby, the general manager, for running such a well-organized operation. Raider Rooter is the real deal! I'm a newer homeowner and experienced severe hot water line burst and cold water leak. Called Raider Rooter on a Sunday, got scheduled for Monday. Had Jordan and Amadeo out by Tuesday to fix it, surprisingly fast given the severity and unknowns of the leaks. They would have been able to fix on Monday but I got multiple estimates, very happy I ended up going with Raider Rooter. Can't say enough good things about Jordan and Amadeo, solid work. Very fair price as well. Great customer service too! Scheduling was a breeze. Raider Rooter is my go to plumber now, highly recommend 5 stars.

Great team! Mark, Amanda, Jimmy, Chino, and Toro (the Bull!) were very professional. highly recommend working with Mark as he is very hands-on, and has a good rapport with the team and his customers.
