R & R Plumbing

We have hired R & R for several plumbing issues. They were always readily available, professional, and knowledgeable. Recently, we hired them to repipe the house. The pricing was fair and they did an excellent job mentally preparing me for exactly what the job entails (which is basically turning your house into Swiss cheese)! They finished the work quickly so that we wouldn't be without water for too long. They also did a great job staying after the job was done to make sure that the house was clean and all of our furniture was moved back into place. They are definitely all about having excellent customer service and quality work. Thanks R & R!

Called this Saturday at around 11am and Tom was at my house to assess the situation by 2pm! Hot water heater needed to be replaced! Tom came back on Sunday to ensure me and my family had hot water immediately on his day off and we are very grateful for that level of commitment and support! Need a plumber? Jason’s your guy! They just opened up servicing Riverside and they just happened to give me a same day appt! I got lucky…No fee to come and check out my little plumbing problem under the bathroom sink. Jason was super nice. As a female, I felt comfortable being alone with him in my home. He explains everything in simple terms and is not over bearing like talking too much or too little. He gave me a quote, which I’m not sure if it was reasonable because I’m selling the house and just needed it done. He was able to replace all the pipes underneath the sink so I was relieved he didn’t have to come back another day. Then I had him quickly fix a clogged sink in the other bathroom! I’ll be sure to call R&R again! Great service. Great people.

R & R responded promptly to my message. They were able to send a plumber out soon after they contacted me. Zach arrived exactly when they said he would. Zach was courteous and knowledgeable. We was very transparent about what work needed to be done to fix my issue. I agree for the work to be done. We scheduled the work to be complete the following day. Zach arrived with another worker (Tanner) right on time. The two got to work and completed the job without issue. Thank you.
