We have worked with RJ. Pascone for about 25 years years. They do most of our plumbing projects in the field and handle our personal plumbing needs as well. They are professional, timely, honest, fair, and they are just great guys! I would and do recommend them for any simple to complex plumbing job you might have.
RJ and Tony are the professionals you want working in your home! They are owner operators and provide quality and honest service the other guys can’t match. Give your hometown plumber a call and you will see what I am talking about. My basement flooded and Tony made it to my home within an hour of me calling. He had multiple pumps set in place to remove the roughly 6-8 inches of water in the basement quickly to reduce the damage to my home. I was not expecting that and thought I would need another contractor to remove the water. He had everything he needed to repair the well water supply line on his truck saving time and money. Tony was professional and cared about my home as if it was his.
A failed DIY plumbing attempt ended in our main house water shut off valve breaking and leaving us without water to the entire house just days before Christmas! RJ Pascone answered our call for help when no other plumber did and sent Tony to save our Christmas. Tony was prompt, professional, courteous and did a great job to restore water to our house in no time. We were very satisfied with our experience and will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs!
