Had a great experience with quick flow. Very quick response got someone out the next business day for us. Made a pretty crappy situation bearable by actually going through options with us and just made the process easy! Found a break in our line under the kitchen floor which is worst case on a slab, and were very accommodating and helpful with the whole process. Eric, Jameson, and Jamey were great an definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs !

Jamey and Jameson came out on Monday and by Thursday, I had a new water softener and filtration system at a very reasonable price. Jameson and Nate were there to install it and their professionalism was top notch! They cleaned up and were careful to not disrupt other things in the house more than was necessary for the installation. Thank you!

Eric and Nate were great, friendly and professional. When they were done they cleaned up the area and explained what they did. I am happy with their work and work ethic. I recently purchased the house and the sump pump was piped through the wall with some funky old pipes that were rickety, loose, and draining 1FT. FROM THE HOUSE! Just constantly pumping water back onto the grass 1 ft from the wall it's trying to keep dry. I had them repipe it in the basement and outside to a nearby downspout so my backyard can dry out. I also had a spigot added to my yard . I guy came yesterday and in about 15 minutes he gave me a quote and it was about a 3rd of what I would have pd. in the state I just left. He said they could schedule the job for next week. I asked him if I paid a little more , could they do it sooner because I really want my backyard dry. ITS ABSOLUTELY SOPPING WET! HE looked at his book and actually put me down for the very next day. ERIC OLIVER showed up the next day and did a flawless job, quickly and efficiently! Totally personable dude with a good work ethic. He spent several hours, finished up, got paid, and I'll be sure to use Quickflow from here on out! THANKS GUYS! ERIC DID A GREAT JOB!! I forgot add that they didn't even charge me anymore after I basically begged them to come sooner for more money! THATS AWESOME SERVICE! He saw how damn wet my yard was and just scheduled me even though they were busy ah and didn't even charge more! Love yall!

West Manor Plumbing! A HUGE shout out to Jamey ! I was in a panic tonight with a water leak in my basement. Jamey came over to my house within 10 minutes. He located the leak and had if fixed within a 1/2 hour. He reassured me that the clean up should be minimal and the smell would go away. He took the time to talk to me and joke around this helped calm my freaking out. He didn't even judge my crazy ! I am so Thankful for his promptness and professionalism! He could easily told me it was after hours or he was to busy. But no he dropped everything he was doing and put his customer first . What a fantastic job ! I highly recommend West Manor Plumbing!

I had a gas pipeline that extended from a well on my property to the house. A fault at the well allowed oil to fill the pipe, preventing gas flow. It was an unusual situation, but the team from Quickflow did not shy away from the challenge. They came up with an innovative solution, did a lot of trudging through the snow back and forth to the well, finished the job in one afternoon, and stayed to make certain that all of the gas appliances were operating properly. From scheduling the job to the final clean-up, I give the whole Quickflow team high marks for courtesy, work ethic, and communication. Thanks for not leaving me in the cold!

Had Quickflow out to replace our water service line and they went above and beyond! Jamey,Eric,Jameson,Nate and a few names I didn't catch. Pretty sure we had the whole crew out today. I really appreciate the extra time and really hard work they put in to take down as little of our retaining wall as possible while replacing the old galvanized water line. They also took care of a leaking shower faucet today as well. They cleaned up after themselves to leave it looking like they were never here! Looking forward to our next project with Quickflow!

Quickflow Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! Jamison and Eric were efficient, professional, and incredibly honest throughout the entire process. What started out as a much bigger job than originally expected could have easily turned into a stressful situation, but they honored their original quote. That level of integrity and customer service is hard to find these days. Jamison and Eric worked hard, communicated well, and truly went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough!!

He's also helped a relative who was just as pleased as I've been with his work. You won't be sorry! 2/2026 - Eric from Quickflow just finished a disgusting drain clog in my basement. Drain running free in less than an hour. The basement is spotless compared to what it was! Thank you again Eric for such a great job!

They came in and evaluated the job. I needed a old galvanized steel drain cut out and replaced. I was having people recommend digging out the concrete slab. I was getting quotes 1k-2k. West manor came in and said the end of the pipe was still good and just need to cut out the old trap and replace that. Gave a good price for just the work that was needed. No up charge. Did the work right there. Great experience and I would recommend.

Best experience ever. Water heater failed on a Sunday, new one completely installed by Tuesday afternoon. Jamie even took care of the City of Canton permit (for a rental property.) Initial phone call spoke to Brandi & she was top notch. Polite, friendly & knowledgeable. I was kept informed throughout entire process by phone & text. Eric came within an hour of my calling. My basement was full of water from a pipe leaking from the hose installation in the garage. He identified the problem quickly and installed a new copper pipe. He also suggested a great company to come and extract the water. They came within an hour of my call and they are still here at 8:20 pm doing a great job of cleaning everything up.

Eric got here at the time that we scheduled. He was friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do and did exactly that. He relit the pilot on the hot water tank and unclogged the drain. The price he quoted me for the job was cheaper than I expected it to be. Eric did a great job and I will definitely contact Quickflow plumbing for anything I need done in the future.

Quick response to my request and thorough evaluation of water leak due to frozen pipe. Eric was friendly, professional and explained options. Installation went well and everything cleaned up after completion. He reviewed how to use everything with me. I was having an issue with outside faucet and they were able to give me a quote over yelp and set me up with a time to come out. I did not have to wait long. They called to come out a bit early which worked well and he was very kind and explained everything and did an excellent job fast and very thorough. I will definitely use them again in the future!
