Dalton and Daeden were above-and-beyond fantastic. We had a plumbing emergency in our "new" 50 year old home and they were here diagnosing and fixing just a short bit after our phone call. They explained everything thoroughly and were very reasonably priced, especially considering how quick they arrived. Will absolutely be using again in the future!
Quick Quality Plumbing was amazing to work with! They were fast to respond, showed up on time, and were super professional from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, gave honest pricing, and made sure the job was done right the first time. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. If you’re looking for a reliable local plumbing company in Utah, I highly recommend Quick Quality Plumbing!
This company truly provides personal service. Jared, the owner, went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed to get my pool up and running. I contacted them on a Saturday night, and the woman who answered the phone was polite and extremely helpful. I explained what I needed and asked if they had a technician familiar with a Lochinvar heater. She took all my information and called me back within minutes to let me know that Jared would reach out to help me over the phone. Jared called shortly after, gathered some details, and I sent him a few pictures. We even scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning at 7 a.m. Less than 10 minutes later, Jared called me back with information he had found (on a Saturday night around 7 p.m.!) and texted me step-by-step instructions to reset the system. I followed his instructions, and by Sunday morning, everything was back up and running. Jared even followed up to make sure I didn’t still need him to come out. This is what service is all about—making a difference. Friendly, professional, and he didn’t even charge me. He was genuinely happy that my business was back up and running. Highly recommend.
Had someone come look at our faucet. We okayed the repairs/estimate they gave us and never heard from them again. Horrible business.
I am a general contractor and I had them come and do some work for me on a commercial building their saw cutter showed up three days late from when they informed me he would show up it took him two and a half days he chipped concrete all over the event center and then the secretary scheduled with me verbally but then didn't inform anybody else in the office so they didn't end up showing up until 4 days later the owner has since called me and cuts me off and does not communicate very well and it's very heated instead of having a simple discussion will not ever use again
The initial conversation with the office gal Makayla was great, but when the plumber came to the house, everything went down hill; not a good experience at all. After the work was completed. The plumber did not turn the water back on slow enough or bleed the lines of excess air, and the built up pressure burst one of our pipes and flooded our utility room. It also caused our expansion tank to blow; for the hot water heater. We called to see if they would do anything after the flood, (didn’t find out about the expansion tank until after the other plumber came, bc Quick Quality would not come back out) they said that they are not liable. They also never got back to us after we told them the inside of our new cabinet was scratched where he was working (we had to have that replaced as well, by another company) We had a toilet installed, 3 faucets installed and hooked up, dishwasher waster line hooked up & garbage disposal installed. The plumber scratched the inside of our brand new cabinet & did not put any of the nice finishing pieces on the pipes to make it look complete and sturdy. The fittings under the sink were not tightened all the way, luckily our contractor checked them, after the experience we had, and the contractor tightened them. We had to have another plumber come back to check the pipes and he had to replace the expansion tank that burst after Quick Quality was there. This house is 3yrs old and the plumbing is new. Do not recommend. Them being careless cost of even more money and they took no accountability. Edit to their response: QQP never responded to our texts. The plumber did offer to come back out, hours later, for a fee. We tested the water pressure, it was normal and the city came out to test the pressure, it was also normal. And the shut off valve for the water to the house, is right next to the water softener… Us: Looks like you did something to the water softener. It’s causing a flood. How fast can you get back there? Plumber - I didn’t mess with the water softner had no reason to it would be 5-6 until I can be back out Us: Ok I’ll see you there between 5-6. Roger just sent me these pictures. No one else has been the utility room. Did you dump into it by accident? Plumber: No I didn’t I could run out it would be a 149$ dispatch fee and then whatever the cost of fixing the water softner would be Okay so what could happen tonight is two things it could be a bypass which would be cutting the water softner out for 759$ plus the 690$ go the prv if it is bad like I suspect or it would be installing a new water softner for 2349$ and 690$ for PRV if it is bad. The part comes with the water softner and my manger had mentioned it isn’t something we could get without buying a whole new water softner. Us: He also chipped the inside of the cabinet. These are brand new. Plumber, QQP - crickets 🦗
Worst customer experience I've ever had. Quoted $150 over the phone, then told $500 at the first appointment. 6 cancelled appointments. There were two appointments where each Zach and Jared did show up hours late, and both left the installation incomplete both times. Zach tried to leave with the unit leaking and said he'd have to come back in 48 hours. My husband caught him and said he could not leave it leaking. He stopped the leak, but by that time, there was water everywhere, including that it had seeped into the carpet in the hall. We had only been in our new home a couple of weeks and had renters coming to look at the basement apartment, so you can imagine our distress. My husband asked Zach if he was going to clean up the water before he left, and Zach said he didn't have his towels with him. So he left. We used six large towels to soak up the water on the floor. We also had to go buy a large fan to try to dry out the insulation on the walls. The fabric covering them had soaked up quite a bit of water. We wasted extra money spent on a concrete drill rental, as the appointments kept getting canceled last minute. After calling and voicing our concerns to the company, the owner reached out and said he would come make it right. He came and saw the installation and said it was done very poorly and that he'd have to fix it. He said he didn't have the parts and would have to come back. He never did. In the end, the Aquasana whole house water filter and salt-free softener was not properly handled, flushed, or installed. After two weeks, the project was never even completed. Why did we keep trying with them? Three times they canceled saying there was a family emergency. We're not unkind people, so we kept trying. After the last emergency, I never heard back from the owner, even after multiple texts. Ultimately this was a huge waste of time, set our filter installation back by weeks, and put our home at risk. Save yourself the risk and hassle and go with a different plumber.
Quick story: $494.50 for a main line clearance of a stoppage from handi-wipes. Detailed version: My boy is staying at my relative's house and used some handi-wipes that stopped up the sewer line, so I get to pay the bill. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the bill was almost $500! I had this identical problem at my house in California last year and it was $150.00. How much more can plumbers cost in Utah? When I spoke with Jared on the phone (who told me he is the owner), he told me it was so expensive because it was a combination of $69.50 for the diagnostic fee, and $425 to unstop the line and pull and reset the toilet. First of all, how is the diagnostic fee "on top of" the $425 work fee? Don't most places discount the diagnostic if you actually have the work done? Not Jared. Next, when asked about the difference between the $494 and $150 I paid for this problem (my guy, by the way, credited the response fee against the actual work done), he said it was from having to pull and reset the toilet. When I asked why he didn't use the access outside the house, his reply was there wasn't one. "No access line?" I asked. "Not that I saw." I took notes as we spoke. To be fair, he said that he had to go into the line 55 to 60 feet to clear the clog. So, if the above scenario sounds reasonable to you, and that price seems ok to clear some handi-wipes, give him a call. But I would sure ask about the diagnostic fee and whether it gets charged on top of the work fee. And if it's a stopped line, you might want to ask the chances that it is going to cost $494 if he has to go through the toilet.
Had a 2year old garbage disposal in a second home that was stuck (friends were staying in it). I drove up and tried to fix it (really just get it to turn... I've done it before so was hoping for a simple solution) but didn't have any tools that it would've required. (No leverage). Couldn't really tell if it was simply jammed or completely broken. Called Quick Quality and they were able to come out the next day. That was great. However never heard from the plumber about the issue once I knew he was onsite. I was simply sent an invoice (not itemized) for nearly $600 for a new garbage disposal asking for approval. Simply didn't have a choice... needed it done so I accepted (if I'd said no they would've charged me a horrendous trip charge and I'd be back to beginning with a broken disposal). I can get a duplicate disposal new at Home Depot or Costco or Lowe's for $100. I really had no option but to approve it and go forward... i feel Quick Quality didn't communicate at all, made excuses that he "tried" to call (no missed calls and no voicemails, no explanations), and gouged me on the price (no idea how it could all add up to that high amount). Definitely would not recommend them and don't trust them at all. Would never call them again... did not earn future business. Plus their billing system has mistakenly sent me an invoice two more times since I paid in full (I've contacted them both times). A fail all around... other than having a functioning over priced garbage disposal. End result good... the journey there... not so much.
I cannot say enough great things about Quick Quality Plumbing and Dalton. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond in every possible way while replacing pipes my client's home that they are selling. Dalton has been professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire process. What really stood out to us was how much they genuinely cared about taking care of their customers. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It never felt like they were trying to upsell or cut corners — just honest, high-quality work done the right way. On top of that, their pricing was extremely affordable and reasonable, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail they provide. Finding a company that delivers this level of quality while still being fair and transparent on pricing is rare. Dalton consistently went the extra mile, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. The quality has been outstanding, the communication has been excellent, and the entire experience has exceeded our expectations. If you need plumbing work done and want a company you can truly trust, we highly recommend Quick Quality Plumbing. We will absolutely be using them again in the future, and are my new plumbing partners as a real estate agent who values reliability, honesty, and good work.
Negative 5 stars. If you want to clean poop up for an hour these are your guys. My child flushed some small toys down the toilet creating a clog. Hence needing a plumber. Never have I been so flabbergasted and upset at a home repair. There was poop left everywhere in the bathroom. The walls, floor, bathtub, shower curtain, lid to the water tank on toilet, and my carpet trailing downstairs. The guys were nice, but how in the world thinking they could leave a place a complete mess like this is beyond me. They used my towels to try and clean up some poop. $40 of towels I threw away. Why in the world did they not have their own cleaning supplies you ask? They simply ran out. Guess they couldn't go get more? They broke my floor. Still completely confused how they managed that. I've talked with the manager and the best he could do thus far is credit me 25% back ($50 on a $325 charge), and look into having a floor guy come and fix my new floors. Just another thing now that needs attention and scheduling. I went with these guys, because of how long they've been in business, shame on me. Never again. I let my whole community by Utah Lake know not to use you as a service.
I asked a community Facebook group for recommendations for plumbing services, and one of the first responses I received was for Quick Quality Plumbing—and I’m very glad it was. I was dealing with a leaking sink and, despite my best efforts, couldn’t fix the problem on my own. After contacting Quick Quality Plumbing, I received a call right away to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Dalton and his partner arrived, quickly assessed the issue, and got straight to work. Thankfully, the problem was simple and resolved efficiently. Even though I felt a bit embarrassed that I couldn’t fix it myself, they were courteous, understanding, and took the time to explain what went wrong and how I could address it in the future. Just as their name suggests, Quick Quality Plumbing truly delivers both speed and quality. I will absolutely be using them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others. Thank you!
Jaren was our plumber. He was super friendly and was really helpful answering all of our questions. As he was replacing the shut-off valves under our sink, he found an extra problem with the hose and replaced it for free. It was nice to not be nickeled and dimed for every little thing. And this place already came highly recommended to us by a trusted contractor. I've noticed with a bunch of plumber companies that most people are giving five stars. That always seems suspicious to me because organizations that only have five stars are most commonly handing out incentives for five stars. So I actually feel very comfortable in knowing that they have 4.6 at the time of my review. Its real. I'm only giving these guys a five star myself because I really am grateful and truly believe they deserve the rating.
Called a few different Plumbers to get prices on trip fee's to come look at a water heater that is no longer putting out hot water. The first few are saying replace, replace, replace. How much you say, 2k to 4k, Are you kidding me?? Then I called Quick Quality Plumbing. They can be out here today AND there's no trip charge for coming out? Sweet! After about 10 minutes, Jared, is able to get it working by the touch of a hand and some awesome customer service! His diagnosis: A $385 kit that will get it working great in no time! All I have to say is, "You're Hired!" So grateful to have met an honorable person in such a crooked industry!
Quick Quality Plumbing has been there to help my inspection clients at the drop of a hat. They have also helped me personally with my home, and professionally with an large commercial building I manage. They're on top of the job at hand and provide a thorough explanation of the solution! The pricing and customer service let me know that they truly care about the people they serve. **10/10 - 5 STAR SERVICE ** From the initial phone call to the final invoice, and follow up to assure the job was done to my satisfaction, QQP has always exceeded my expectations. Thank you QQP! Boley Home Inspections / Rainmaker Technology Corporation
