Whenever there is a plumbing issue at any of the properties I manage my first call is to Masterflo Plumbing. Today Cameron and Michael came out and spent an hour troubleshooting a problem. I always appreciate how thorough and reliable this company is.

We were pretty worried when we smelled natural gas in our garage where the water heater is located - Deshawn arrived an hour after we called and was very thorough! He was able to detect the natural gas leak and confirm it was coming from our 10 year old water heater. We ended up going with Quick-Pro Plumbing to replace the water heater which Deshawn came back and completed the next day for us without issue! Everyone we spoke with was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process - knowing we have young kids in the house and were very concerned, they worked incredibly quickly and their pricing was on-par with other searches we conducted briefly online. Very happy with our decision to work with Quick-Pro!

This fella was outstanding.He was out within an hour.Their service charge was minimal.They fixed a broken line from my water meter into my house. He gave me estimates based on scenarios before he began.There were no hidden fees. He had the job done within four hours and I thought the price was more than fair. I could not more highly recommend!

Quick Pro charged me $550 yesterday. A neighbor had the same job done today for $150 by a licensed and insured plumber! I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Quick Pro!!!

Paid a ridiculous sum to have a gasket replaced

If I could rate Quick-Pro Plumbing a 10/10, it still wouldn’t be enough! Clay and Dyshawn were AMAZING. My toilets backed up Sunday evening, and I called first thing Monday morning. Dyshawn was out the same day! He replaced both wax rings on my toilets and found the blockage in my front yard. Then things got crazy. My sewer line was directly underneath a huge tree in my front yard. After getting the tree removed and having the tree company come back THREE more times to grind the stump, Clay was finally able to get to the issue. He even met the tree company on the third trip to make sure they removed every bit of that stubborn stump. Clay said it was the toughest job he’s had to date, and I believe it! He brought out his entire team, chipped away at that massive root, and fixed my pipes. I cannot thank Clay and his team enough. On top of that, he offers financing for anyone caught off guard by unexpected plumbing costs. I will always recommend Quick-Pro Plumbing. Thank you, thank you!

Called for a quote to connect 2 gas lines and install a disposal. Tech said quote would include lines but if I had lines, those charges would be removed. Not so. I got charged even though I provided 2 new sets of gas connection lines. They will not remove the almost $40each charge but " dispatcher " said she would send me 2. 6 weeks later and not sent. The sink where the disposal is located looks awful as the caulk is still oozing up and is not neat I can not in good conscience recommend this company Miss "dispatcher" is snippy and not honorable as she does fulfill her commitments. I used then as they are local in Woodstock and my Cobb Cty plumber does not deal with Woodstock.

They came out on a Friday evening—right before the holidays—to replace my mother's hot water heater. Their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness were truly appreciated, especially during such a busy time of year. They made sure everything was installed perfectly and working smoothly before they left. I highly recommend Quick Pro Plumbing and these two fantastic plumbers for any plumbing needs. Five stars all the way!

Received Quick-Pro’s info from a neighbor, and very happy that we did! Both customer service/dispatchers I spoke with were very professional and empathetic. Clint, our technician, couldn’t have been more courteous, respectful and efficient! Because we were waiting for parts to be delivered and they were delayed, Quick-Pro and Clint were extremely accommodating with the schedule and worked us in to their full day. I would highly recommend the company (and Clint). In a time when most customer service stinks…they excelled!

Excellent work. Will use again. Technician Dyshawn was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained all the work he planned to do in solving my problem and showed me what he was doing throughout the repair. Fantastic job. I was worried about going with a company I had not used before, but after experiencing the professionalism and workmanship exhibited by Dyshawn at Quick-Pro, I will use them and recommend them without hesitation in the future.

I reached out to Clay Tuesday night about a water leak in my yard. He sent me a booking link and I was able to get an apt for the next day! I received a text the next day that Clint was on his way. He even showed up early! Clint was able to tear away tons of roots that were causing the leak and fixed my pipe. Highly recommend this company and will be referring them to anyone I know! Thanks again guys!

Quick Pro was able to send a tech out the day I called for a leak in the front yard. They communicated well and had the repair complete within an hour of arrival. Robert, the technician, is knowledgeable, friendly and has a great attitude. He completed the work as stated and explained everything at the end, including video of the problem. A great experience overall.

After initially being disappointed at what transpired during my service call, the owner, Clay, was made aware of the situation, reached out to me, explained the company's normal procedure and resolved my issue. I greatly appreciate Clay taking the time to discuss the matter with me and I look forward to working with Quick-Pro Plumbing in the future.

We had a situation of water leaking from our main line even though we shut it off and we had a leaking toilet problem. Robert came to the rescue! Easy to book the appointment. He showed up right on time and went straight to work. Handling each of our issues one at a time and explaining it along the way. If you need any repairs, give them a call!

Robert and his team did a great job. They were knowledgeable, explained things, answered my questions, and double checked to make sure we were referring to the same problem and its location. Price for additional work request was quoted ahead of the work and the amount stayed the same. Project was completed in a timely manner. Thank you!
