We recently had a plumbing issue that turned into a bigger issue due to a literal hole in our pipe under the driveway. Becca came to our house several times to help with the issue and was able to fix it in a very fast time frame. Their communication was excellent, answered all of our many questions and explained in an easy way for us to understand, and were super upfront with all costs. We had reached our after business hours and Cody was super responsive to us. While I hope we don’t become regulars (no other plumbing issues 🤞🏼), I’m very happy to have found a super reliable company like Queens for any of our needs.

I contacted Queens plumbing and they had Becca out there in a jif! She offered me a few options as to how they were going to fix my leaks. They provided their most honest opinion and had the problem resolved within a very efficient amount of time. Very trustworthy very hard-working accredited plumbers that I will contact for any further issues I may have in the future.

Cody was great! I called all the main plumbing companies in Louisville for a water heater replacement “rough estimate” quote. All refused to give a quote on the phone, except Cody. I explained Cody the issue he told me the estimated quote. All other companies required a technician to come out, costing me a full day of work. After each company came out, all had overshot Cody’s quote and were more worried about their membership award program than my water heater leaking. Cody was excellent and gave me a breakdown on the cost. I plan to call Cody for all other plumbing needs. One of the popular Louisville companies up charged me so much, it was double the quote Cody gave me. Call Cody first if you need a plumbing quote or job done.

I contacted Queens Plumbing for replacing a garbage disposal and a slow drain in the master bathroom sink. I gotta tell ya, Cody and Becca did a good job of fixing the problems I had, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They called before they came and explain everything they needed to do. I enjoyed talking with them and they also guaranteed their work for one year. Don't hesitate to call them for all your plumbing needs.

Cody Queen arrived at my house as scheduled. My bath tub was not draining and I tried everything I knew to fix it. I couldn’t. Cody came out and found the problem drain flipper had lost the weight off plunger. Cody quickly had my drain working, gathered his tools, rinsed the tub and was a real pleasure to meet. Cost was reasonable and his name and number is filed away in my phone contacts. Highly recommend Cody Queen.

Cody is an absolute professional! He removed the leaking cast iron plumbing from my bathroom, replaced it all with new PVC, and he did it very quickly at a price that was more than fair. His cleanup was thorough, and he was great with my kids and my stubborn dog. The only sign of his presence is the great work he left behind! You can absolutely trust Queen's Plumbing with your home!

Wife and I were having an issue with our toilet tank. We called around and another place said that the repair would cost around $600. We called Queens Plumbing and Cody came out to look at it and repaired it. Only charged us half of the other companies. We've called Cody a few times since and he's always been professional and prompt with the repairs. Price is always affordable.

Cody did an amazing job helping us with our kitchen remodel. He relocated our water line and worked on the slab, all at an affordable price. Cody is not only a highly skilled Master Plumber but also a really nice, down-to-earth guy. His professionalism is outstanding, and he completed the job in a timely manner, ensuring everything was done correctly. I highly recommend him.

Cody was super efficient and nice. Explained to me what the issue was and what needed to be done now and in the future. I had an emergency situation late at night and he still serviced the issue with accuracy. Even assisted with my warranty situation. Highly recommend Queens Plumbing! They were incredibly responsive to our emergency clogged kitchen drain. Despite the bad weather, they were able to schedule us in quickly. The plumber was professional and spent the time to thoroughly troubleshoot and got the job done. We were very impressed with their service!

Excellent customer service! Cody does excellent work and is on time. He was able to order, install, and do needed updates for a leaking water heater with only a few hours of me contacting him. Cody has also replaced our 2 sump pumps on a previous service call. Highly recommend, very professional and friendly.

I've known Cody for years and have used him multiple times for plumbing needs. Just recently I called him about a plumbing emergency I had he was able to send out Rebecca to get the job done the next morning. She did awesome and they were able to get my water back on fast. Would highly recommend

Water heater flooded our basement. Cody returned my call while on vacation and was able to diagnose the problem for us over the phone. The customer service and pricing were great enough to convince us to wait for him to replace after he returned from vacation.
