Kevin and the team at Quality Plumbing were nothing short of amazing to work with. Dealing with a broken pipe in your kitchen in the middle of winter was not easy, however, they made this project run as smooth as it possibly could. Needless to say, when it comes to any and all things plumbing, Quality Plumbing has a customer for life.

Dan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and got everything fixed quick and efficiently for us. He was the first person we had work on our plumbing since we’ve moved in and we haven’t looked anywhere else since, he’s that good. Highly recommended!

Dan from Quality Plumbing came out for my leaky shower cartridge and low water pressure. The part was a pain—he had to track one down and order it, which took a little extra time, but he kept me updated and got it sorted without any hassle on my end. Fixed everything perfectly, pressure's great now, and he was really nice and professional. Super happy—thanks Dan and Quality Plumbing!

Will never use this company! Called because our dishwasher is leaking. Instead of being kind? Human? Nice at all? He says “and what are you calling a plumber for? I don’t work on appliances” in the rudest tone. So, when we do need *plumbing* work, it won’t be with this company!

Well, I decided to wait a couple of weeks before writing any review. So here it is: I had 2 problems. My kitchen sink drain had been draining fairly slowly and then almost backed up entirely. It would take quite a while for it to finally drain the water from the sink. I had to start washing dishes by hand since my dishwasher was not working. Coincidence ?? So, I called Quality, based on all the 5 star reviews I read online. Dan came out first thing the next morning and I told him about my drain problem and that I wanted to make certain that the drain was working properly before I called for someone to come out and fix my dishwasher. Dan said that was a good idea because the drain problem may not be causing the dishwasher problem. Dan goes to his truck and gets all the tools he needs and starts the rodding process. He rods down about 40 feet to make sure he gets the pipe cleaned out. Success. The kitchen sink is now draining as it should. Dan double checked everything to make sure nothing was leaking under the sink and everything was fine. At this point I asked Dan to check my upstairs bathroom because the bathtub faucet had a very slow drip. Dan got to work and it turned out that the control needed a new cartridge. He put a new one in and everything looked good. The next morning it was leaking again. So I called Quality and talked to Anthony and explained my problem. Anthony explained that Dan was on a job and that he would be back to check it out and fix it. But he wasn't sure if that would be today or the next day. I said no problem and I just wanted the problem resolved. I think it was less than 2 hours later, here is Dan back apologizing for having to come back after he thought the problem was taken care of. Well, it turned out that the new cartridge he put in was defective. Dan went out to his supplier and got a new cartridge. He came back and put in the new cartridge. As of this writing, everything is in great shape. Draining great and no more leaking bathtub faucet. Dan was great. If you're having any plumbing issues don't hesitate to call Quality Plumbing. They'll get the job done and they stand by their work. By the way, I called a repairman for the dishwasher, and it needed a new pump.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work Quality Plumbing Services did to very quickly fix our problem where both our 2nd floor toilets wouldn't flush and we were unable to free up the clog with a plunger. When I called a little before noon, the man that answered was very helpful and polite, saying he would do his best to get a plumber out that same day. 15 minutes later, he called back and said a plumber was on his way and would be there within an hour! The plumber, Scott S., was also very nice and, after evaluating the situation, he gave me a full explanation of the issue, my options to address it, and his recommendations. I decided to have Scott power rod our cast iron drain pipe, and also replace one of our toilets. He did a great job on both, and our problem was resolved! Unlike some of other plumbing companies we've used in the past, Scott was very clean and left the place even cleaner than before he came! I'm so happy I found Quality Plumbing Services, and I'll definitely use them again if another plumbing issue occurs. I give them my highest recommendation!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Quality Plumbing Services Inc. for over seven years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service and professional. I have an older home and first discovered them during an emergency plumbing situation. After trying several local plumbing contractors in the past, none come close to the quality and reliability I’ve found with Quality Plumbing. I haven’t used anyone since. Their plumbers are licensed, professional courteous, and consistently deliver excellent work. I’ve never had a single issue with the services they have provided. In particular, I want to recognize Scott, one of their licensed journeymen plumbers, who has done multiple service calls at my home. He’s always prompt, respectful, and takes the time to clearly explain the issue and outline my options without any pressure for unnecessary repairs. We were dealing with a sump pump emergency when it suddenly stopped working and water began coming into our basement. It was incredibly stressful, and most companies I called were either unavailable or rushed us off the phone and were quick to assume that our sump pump was shot. Quality Plumbing Services was the only company that took the time to really ask questions and understand exactly what was happening with our sump pump. Even though they weren’t able to come out until the next day, the person I spoke with was calm, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through a temporary solution over the phone that helped prevent our basement from flooding. Thanks to this guidance, we were able to get the motor going and avoid major damage. They came out right away the next morning. I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help during a stressful emergency. I can’t recommend Quality Plumbing Services enough.

They quoted me $1579.00 for a job that I did the next day ( replacing waste and drainage pipe in bathroom ) for $250.00 dollars plus tip, job done no more leak. Response to owners Nothing complex about job, pipe fully visible and accessible. Repair kit for waste and drainage cost $38.00…… not sure how a $1579.00 charge was justified ……. Your agent said the extra charge was because he went to school for 5 yrs and is licensed ……. Those are costs you recoup over time not all of it from one customer…… glad I had the sense to do some quick internet research to see the recommended price range for changing waste and drainage pipe in bathroom that is accessible and not hidden in the walls ……. Recommend everyone do their research to avoid being overcharged ……… just want to protect others hence the review …… would have been really upset to be out $1579 instead of $250 plus tips …… no judgement, to each his own …….. thanks for the response.

Quality Plumbing Services is amazing! My spouse and I were having a few friends over when our shower and tub started backing up from a clogged pipe. We called Quality who were extremely kind and understanding on the phone. They said they would be here within 90 minutes and actually got here much earlier than that which was great! The plumbers were very professional and used boot covers and tarped and cleaned the entire work area (which was very much appreciated). They cleared our drain lines and made sure the problem was resolved before they left which was a great relief. This is definitely the most professional plumbing company we have had interactions with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for very knowledgeable and efficient plumbers!

I had been looking for a plumber for a long time. I sat down and got online and started searching for plumbers. I read a lot of reviews and finally settled on Quality Plumbers. They worked on older homes and that was definitely mine. I gave them a call and got an appointment for the very next day. Kevin and Brian showed up in the time I was told. I had a pipe burst in my home due to the cold weather. I called a number of places but quality was the only business that called right back and gave me a reasonable time of arrival. The technician Kevin was exceptional. He found the source of the breach quickly and despite the pipe being in a less than optimal location to make a repair, he was able to make adjustments and was able to repair the pipe and restore water to my home. He also provided suggestions to insulate the exposed wall area as the cold weather has yet to abate. I am very grateful. and would highly recommend Quality Plumbing Services to anyone seeking prompt, efficient and quality plumbing services. Also a big thank you to Kevin for his superior work.
