Bruce and Melvin came to the rescue! Our whole house was replumbed by this dynamic duo. They were always on time, kept us apprised of what they were doing and what to expect. The two of them were always polite and conscientious. Every day when they were finished messes were cleaned up by them. We cannot praise them enough. Bruce and Melvin are the best and work well together. It is a good feeling to have people in your home that you trust and feel confident in and these two fellows have those qualities.We have recommended Quality Plumbing to others. Our experience with this company has always been positive and professional.

The Quality Plumbing plumber named Dave Gillespie who came to my home was very good. He was honest, knowledgeable, fast and polite. He fixed both toilets and replaced my kitchen faucet/sprayer in the first hour! I'm very pleased. I always call Quality Plumbing.

Quality plumbing is exactly what they provide. I was lucky enough to have Nick K. as our technician and I could not have asked for a better individual to help us with our problem. He was very knowledgeable and very quick to not only diagnose our issue but to fix it. He is a wonderful representation of his company. Pretty bad experience with this company, They came recommended by a friend, but my experience was pretty bad. Long story short We had a water heater go bad At our rental . Called these jokers out. Problem number one took out the old water heater which was working just not well. Only to find out that the guy didn’t measure to find out if the water heater that he had on his truck would fit in the closet where the old water heater was at. Which it did not, So my tenant had to wait two days for hot water because they didn’t have the one they needed in stock. Problem number two when they finally got the water heater in when installing the water heater and wired it up, they didn’t pay attention to the new voltage requirements, which did not meet with the current electrical that was there. Which one they installed it it tripped the breaker Thank God it did because when the electricians came out, they said, had the breaker not tripped it would’ve just fried the wires in the wall And burned down my rental property. Finally got the right electrical They came back out and installed the water heater. My Tenant was without hot water for five days no apology no offer of a discount They had no problem asking for the full price With no remorse. I think this company is horrible and I would advise anybody in the Gainesville area to stay away.

Had Quality Plumbing install a new dishwasher for me. The whole process from start to finish. The technician, Jared, was awesome. He was professional and thorough. Highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again.
