I went to a few other plumbers to get a quote and inspection before landing on Quality Plumbing. Drigo was the most reasonable and the solution made the most sense.

Called Drigo for same day service - super communicative and had availability day after Christmas. He was communicative of his ETA, fair with fees, and easy to work with. Easy to chat with him via text - he's my go-to person now for plumbing services!

Highly recommend Drigo with Quality Plumbing and Drain Service. I have used him for a number of years for different issues. Snaking clogged pipes, water main project, , replacing pipes under the kitchen sink, replacing very old faucet handles and more......and feel very lucky to have found him. He does excellent work, is kind and patient. What more can you ask for.....and competitive in price.

My faucet in my bathtub was leaking on Friday. I called my plumber that I used before but they were busy until Thursday. I called Quality Plumbing next. I got a voicemail but didn't leave a message. He called me right back and left a message advising me that I could still call him back if I still need his services. I stopped the leak myself, but on Sunday it started to leak again. I started to call 8 other plumbers and they were booked up. I remembered Drigo from Quality Pluming left me a message. I called Drigo and advised him about my leaking faucet. He advised me to send pictures so he can give me a quote. Drigo's next available was the coming Monday. Drigo communicated with me well. He was actually early. He put on shoe protection so he won't get dirt in my house. Drigo was very efficient with the work. He showed me what he changed. He advised me to try it out myself. Which I did a couple of times. When he was done, I asked him to look at my hot water in my bathroom sink. He fixed it and showed me what's wrong. Then I showed him my kitchen sink faucet. Drigo advised me what type of faucet to get and a quote. Signed some paperwork and paid with a check. Drigo advised me that's it's a 30 day warranty with the cartridge he replaced. He left but I forgot I wanted Drigo to check my toilet to make sure I didn't have a leak. I called him back and he came back with in seconds. Came in to check the toilet. Advised me I had no leak. He also recommended me to buy a Tubshroom to help catch hair for my bathroom sink. Drigo was very honest, reliable, efficient and a trust worthy person. I highly recommend his plumbing company. Drigo is very quick to response to calls and text messages when you need help or any advised.

I contacted Quality Plumbing & Drain Service for a quote to replace a leaking water heater. Drigo was able to come that same day and provided a very competitive quote. During the consultation he thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns, clearly explained the scope of work needed, and made suggestions to correct a piping issue that was previously ignored when my old water heater was installed. He didn’t try to up-sell me or use sales-pitchy language – I did a lot of research on my own prior to receiving any quotes – so I was confident he was competent, and most importantly, straightforward and honest. Although a different company would’ve been able to replace my water heater that same day, I decided to move forward with Drigo despite having to wait a couple more days due to the holiday weekend. In the meantime, he provided excellent communication (via text) regarding the parts ordered and when he’d arrive for the job. On the day of installation, Drigo arrived on time and got right to work. When he was finished, he showed me how to turn on the pilot and gave me an overview about the heat settings. Throughout the process he was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even followed up with me later that evening to ensure everything was working properly. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work done and will be contacting him for all my future plumbing needs. BIG shout out to Andrew Franco at Quality Service Plumbing! I've been in my old house for about 12 years now, living with variations of rumbling plumbing (And I had my whole house re-plumbed after I purchased it. Wat? Yep.) Years later, when I did the landscaping, the sprinkler system would wake me every morning with a bump and if I didn't have the toilet faucet opened "just right" the pipes would rattle. I called Quality Service about another issue- removing gas lines, and while we were talking I learned that these old houses do not typically have regulators, that we are at the mercy of the city water system to regulate the water pressure. With all the plumbing work I've had done in the past why did no one tell me this? Thanks for the education Andrew and for my pretty new copper outdoor faucet and water pressure regulator!!! WOW! You rock (not like my pipes did.) And if they rattle again, Quality Service will send someone out to make an adjustment. Also, I MUST comment on how happy (and grateful) I am with Andrew's professionalism, expertise and for treating me with respect and genuine kindness. (No flirting, or belittling here, ladies!) No pushing just to make a sale. Just honest information and quality work. What a breath of fresh air. P.S: They will be back to remove my gas lines.

This review is about Drigo and the wonderful job he did for me repairing my pipes and Plumming. Drigo is a fantastic professional and he represents his company, “Quality Plumming & Drain service”, extremely well. The first time I called him I needed a repair on my bathroom faucet and the pipes that sprung a leak. He promptly showed up within 20 minutes of my phone call and was extremely professional. He jumped right into action and explained the issues causing the problem. He gave me a temporary solution and the long term solution based on my comfort and budget. After the repair he made sure to offer his services for any future problems. With Our first interaction, he made me feel really comfortable and secure with his skills and professional experience. Fast forward a number of months later (today), I had another emergency and he came even faster then before and repaired it within minutes. He saved me thousands of dollars in potential damage and I’m extremely grateful to him for it. He is always in a good mode and really cares about the customers issues. He takes pride in his work and doesn’t take advantage of the situation. He’s a rare find in his business and is someone you can count on. He will be my go to repair guy going forward and I suggest you do the same.

Our water heater broke late at night. Knowing that it’s difficult to book a plumber on the day of, I scrambled to look for one. My friend highly recommended Quality Plumbing but I was still skeptical. Drigo took my call even though it was outside of his normal service window. He requested photos and got on the phone with me a few times before booking an appointment for the following day. He called me the following morning to talk about the various water heater options. Instead of selling me the most expensive option, he gave me his honest opinion. We ended up picking the one that suited our family needs. He came during the scheduled window and took time to assess the situation before starting the work. Although the work was more complex than he anticipated, Drigo and his team completed the work as promised. It was clear that he was detail oriented and cared about quality. The work was done in a timely manner and, and the work area was cleaned up without asking. Drigo and his team were professional, responsive and reasonably priced. No wonder my friend recommended them to me. I’ll call them again if we need plumbing service in the future!

Just bought a home and had a few plumbing issues and some uncertainty. Did 3 bids around the bay area, and Drigo's consultation was the most professional, fastest, and the most honest. He was very straight forward of things we didn't actually have to upgrade at this time, while he was patient to ask my additional questions of alternative solutions, or weighing if we wanted to invest more now, or just replace a 20 year part. Drigo then spent a lot of time to answer additional questions over the phone with my husband, and it felt like I can lean on Drigo to provide the best recommendations for our home here in the long term. The work they did was great and by the time they were done, they left no trace that they were even here---except for all the upgraded solutions we had. I wanted to make sure I had a trusty plumber that I can call when my new house has any issues, and Quality Plumbing checks all those boxes. Thanks Drigo! Drigo is an honest, patient, friendly, and respectful man. Definitely recommended. We had a clogged sink and (what I though was) a slow-draining bathtub. I contacted Drigo and a couple of other plumbers. He answered promptly (unlike some others), listened carefully to the problem, suggested a solution, gave me a good estimate, and set up an appointment within the next 3 hours. He showed up on time, and he is even friendlier than he sounds on the phone! He quickly unclogged our sink (which I hadn't managed to unclog by snaking myself), then checked our tub and figured that it was operating normally. He could have charged us extra, but he did not. That's hard to find nowadays. He also checked our pipes in the garage when he arrived, and pointed me to the root cause of the problem (bad pipe angle). He did no push me or even mention to fix that, and when I asked him how much it'd cost to fix the pipe, he said do it only if necessary, and he gave me a reasonably good estimate. Hopefully it won't come to fixing the pipe, but if it does, we'll definitely call Drigo.

I found out the hard way (an attempted shower) that our water heater bit the dust. We turned off the gas and water to it, then started looking for someone to replace it. We came across Quality Plumbing's listing here on Yelp and verified through Google that their work was good, and they were one of the few still accepting calls at ~6pm. Their quote was reasonable, so we set up an appointment. They came the next day and replaced our water heater. They were polite, professional, and quick. Before they left, they showed me how the water heater worked, so that I could show my husband when he got home that evening. My only complaint (and it's minor, because we got our hot water back less than 24 hours after the previous one died) is that I wish we could have had the opportunity to purchase a tankless heater and had them install it. I understand that it's likely a very different situation and setup might be much more involved, so I don't hold that against them. No matter what, they helped us quickly and professionally. Overjoyed to have hot water again.

I contacted several companies about a shower handle leak that I had. Drigo's response was quick, and when I provided him a video of my issue, he was quick to provide me with a quote. His response on availability was also quick. We scheduled a time, & when he became available a little earlier, he asked if he could come ahead of schedule. Upon arriving he was prepared, he had the part that was needed based on his assessment from the video that I provided. He came in & immediately started working, it was apparent that he did know what he was doing. Completed the repair in a timely manner, was very professional. I also showed him a couple of other items that I needed to address & he was able to provide an estimate & explain what would be needed to fix these issues. Upon completion of the work, he charged exactly what he quoted me. His cost was very reasonable. I will be using Drigo for future projects. I do recommend contacting him. Our shower started draining slowly. A friend recommended Quality Plumbing and Drain Service, so I called. Drigo answered the call and was able to book an appointment for the next day. Arthur showed up during the 2-hour appointment, and handled the issue perfectly. He asked several questions, and he tested the other water fixtures in the home to diagnose the issue. He then gave me an estimate to fix the issue, which I thought was a reasonable amount. He asked if I should continue, and I agreed. He used a drum auger to remove about 12 inches of solid hair and soap. He had to push the cable 20 feet through the drain in order to unblock it, and then he pushed another 10 feet just to be sure the drain was fully cleared. He then wrote a detailed description of what he did on the invoice, and I paid him. He said he would warranty the cleared drain for 30 days. The entire visit was around 45 minutes. I will certainly call Quality Plumbing and Drain Service again if I have other plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with Drigo and highly recommend his plumbing services! 9/29/2025 On his first visit, he came to fix a slow-draining tub in one of my bathrooms. He was prompt, professional, and quickly identified and fixed the issue. The tub has been draining perfectly ever since. Later that same day, I realized my shower in another bathroom was also draining slowly. I called Drigo again, and he came back an hour later to take care of it -- super responsive and reliable! He also gave me helpful advice on preventing future clogs, recommending a mesh drain cover and TubShroom to catch hair before it builds up. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain preventative steps, not just patch things up and go. Best of all, his pricing was very fair and reasonable for the quality of work and level of service he provided. I'll definitely be calling Drigo again for any future plumbing needs and will be recommending him to friends and family. Thanks again!

We've had some issues with mysterious blockages in the past. Especially down stairs which is upstream in the pipe from all pipes that come down from the upstairs. Finally had the ultimate blockage. First called Mr. Rooter which came out in 20 minutes. Took a look and told us what we needed done, gave me a quote that was shocking. I was about to say yes because... well i figured "how far off could they be from the rest?". Luckily i had a moment of clear thinking. Decided to call around. All other quotes were about 1/3 of Mr. Rooters. I landed on QPDS and spoke to DRigo. He was able to diagnose on the phone what i told him. Came out an hour later. With the equipment and ... did the dirty job (oh so dirty) . Flushed the main line twice, then ran a camera through to show me problem areas and state of the main pipe. Then flushed the sewage line outside twice. Drigo was responsive, respectful and professional. I highly recommend.
