Me and the wife were pleased with the work and the professionalism we were given! Hope to have Puzo plumbing come back for future plumbing issues.
I have used Puzo twice and they have been exceptional and professional. Mr. Mung fixed my home’s leaking issue in the evening without hesitation and left me as the homeowner with a sense of peace. Recently I had a water heater expansion issue and and he fixed it within an hour and even had time to fix my garage disposal. I would definitely recommend Puzo Plumbing!!!
Great plumber. Instead of first requiring a visit (and mandatory service charge) to provide an estimate, Mr Lan requested that I text some pictures and provided an estimate over text. He was then able to schedule me quickly, did very good work, and was even able to charge a bit less than the estimate on the final bill. Would highly recommend.
I would give Puzo Plumbing 10 stars if it were possible. I had two other companies in Catonsville quote me over $2,000 for fixing a sewage ejection issue in my basement. They came and fixed it for me at an absolute fraction of that. Then, weeks later, when I had a water heater issue, he came back and did a great job on that. He is kind, timely, and truly takes the time to review and diagnose your situation. I will never use another plumber besides him again!
Puzo plumbing came right away when I needed help for a backed up kitchen sink. Mr. Lan was efficient, professional, and even noticed I had an outdated, leaky faucet and replaced that!!! I am more than satisfied with the work. I am extremely thankful for the prompt response. Before and after pics below
