Replaced a gas line in my backyard. They worked hard all day and got it done much quicker than I anticipated! Great service!

We had an issue with a clogged sewer line and we were afraid with the icy weather and frozen pipe calls, it might be days before we could get anything resolved. We called Punneo and we had service within 3 hours, which was great! Not only did we have quick service, we had some great plumbers. Thank you to Erica, William, and Aden for helping fix our problem. You guys are greatness! Aden even shoveled some of the snow from the driveway while we were paying out. Great service! Thank you!

Had them out for a simple clogged drain. After looking into it was also noted I needed a fitting on a toilet. While the price was fair (though it did take them nearly 2 man hours with two men), the clog was not fully addressed and within 2 days I had water back up from under the toilet that they repaired and all over my flooring. After having them back out I was informed that, because they found a wet wipe in the pipes the previous time (that was never presented to me) that this would not be warrantied. So...shouldn't the policy read that you simply don't warranty your work? Now I'm $500+ into a clogged drain that wasn't fixed in the first place. Will not be using again.

We knew we needed an old cast iron drain replaced under our house. Punneo came out, crawled under our house, showed us pictures of what they found, and gave us a quote. They told us they could do it Monday morning ( this was a Thursday). We agreed, and they showed up on time Monday, and fixed everything they'd told us about as well as 2 other problems they found in the process. Also 1 of our toilets needed to be reseated after they had worked on the line that went to it. They fixed it, and even though they had to replace a part to fix it, there was no additional charge for the extra things they had done. They stuck to their bid, and showed us pictures of their work under the house. Nice people we will call again for any future Plumbing needs.

I do not recommend this company to do any work. Their technician makes excuses why a drain is not draining. And they do not clean up messed when they do a clean out from the clean out drain. Instead they leave all the containment septic on your grass and expect the homeowner to clean it. Then when you call them on this situation, they say they will have their technician clean it up. They call back and accuse us that it has been there, plus they want to charge me to clean this up. This is my rental home that I am renting and I work for a plumbing company in another state and this is not allowed with our technicians. This is dangerous and a health issue. I will make a complaint to the state health department too.

I am extremely happy with Punneo Plumbing. Bill, Brenda and several others came on different occasions to install all the plumbing for my new bathroom and outdoor sink. They also did my original bathroom. I have pictures of my bathroom that includes shower sink and toilet. They are a fun group and made sure that I was happy with the finished project. Punneo quoted us a very very reasonable price to repair our sewer. They came out, got the job done, and everything is working perfectly! Everyone was very professional and easy to talk to. There is a woman on their team as well which I loved! She was wonderful! We will use punneo for all of our plumbing from here on out!

Called them out on a Sunday because sewer backed up in my bathtub and running out the bottom of the toilet. Sewer totally blocked. They were professional and the price was reasonable, unlike another plumber I used when I moved here. I will use them again and recommend them.

Just had the best experience with this company. The guys were very curious and professional. They took their time to fix the problem and offer up a solution to prevent future problems, oh and it was after 5:00 on a Friday evening. Thanks Punneo Plumbing.

Quoted the job at one price then charged double when the job was done. Left several lines unconnected. Shoddy, leaky lines that I had to pay another plumber to fix. Puneo is without honor. Save your money.

Had an emergency on a Sunday. Called and got the emergency number from the recording. Called the emergency number, no answer, left message. No one ever called back.
