Wish I had gotten in touch with this business years ago! Due to a belly in the main line, my main sewage line has continued to clog up every six months or so, causing sewer waste to back up from my shower, tub, and toilet drains all at once. (It's not at all attractive or pleasant to smell.) Before realizing that they were trying to take advantage of me with their price gouging and scare methods, I had been utilizing that other well-known company to come out and unclog every time. After only a quick one or two minute analysis, they almost always sent a different person, and each of them gave me a different explanation for the frequent cloggings. After that, they recommended an absurdly expensive fix that "must be done immediately to avoid major plumbing issues - hydro jet cleaning of the main line, which was clogged with grease and buildup and was the source of the backups. I turned them down and opted for their "temporary fix," which involved cleaning the line that connected my yard to the street. (Wrong line and total waste of money; since I chose not to have the that company, I had another backup the next day and had no assurance on the job.) After discovering Provo Plumbing through a google search, I decided to call them instead of the other company once more to unblock the sewage line. Nobody was available until Sunday, it was a Saturday night. (Comprehensible) The only plumber available that day,Adon, was dispatched by them. He took the time and made the effort to identify the source of my problems, which was a belly in the main pipe that was probably brought on by my house's foundation, despite his hectic schedule and the upcoming busy day. He showed me the exact location of the belly and the adjoining pavement fracture using his contemporary technology, which led him to conclude that it is the foundation. He then showed me the belly as it passed through the pipes as seen by his camera. It's undeniable that there is some buildup and that the water is backing up in the belly when I saw for myself.He offered me two more economical solutions based on my budget to clear with an auger or a Provo Plumbing less than the others—instead of charging me for a HydroJet cleaning as the others tried to! I chose the high pressure jet cleaning option, and I'm really impressed with how spotless my pipes look! Nothing has bothered me since. Adon also gave me a sixty-day warranty in case any issues arose.I'm so happy that I made the transition! If you're thinking about it, don't be hesitant to call Provo Plumbing. 😁

At the appointed hour of eight in the morning, two plumbers arrived at my residence. Seeing someone on time was a refreshing experience. They installed new plumbing for my under-mount sink in three hours. The dishwashing machine and waste disposal were connected. They were both extremely cordial and competent. Without a doubt, I would suggest them. Although it cost a little more than I had anticipated, everything was done correctly. My kitchen sink has not been used in sixteen days! I'm grateful, Provo Plumbing.
