Great experience with Mohamad and his team! Mohamad gets extra points for clearly explaining everything and being very open about pricing—no surprises. His team worked quickly, were polite, and did a great job. Everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them!
Mohammad was the best. Went out of his way to help us in an emergency. Gave is a very fair price and helped us get a water heater under warranty. The work was very great quality and completed everything very quickly. I would absolutely recommend ProsWay and will be using them again in the future
Mohamed was great. He came with his crew and very efficiently dealt with a few problems I had. He answered all my questions, was courteous and very trustworthy in addressing my plumbing issues. He was also very fair in the pricing. I really am very pleased!
We had a very positive experience with Mohamad, who responded very quickly when our pipe burst during the extreme cold. The first plumber quoted a 1-3 hour arrival window, but Mohamad arrived within minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and quickly addressed the emergency. To be honest, I don’t know whether the rates were above / below average, but I am very happy with ProsWay’s prompt response and resolution.
Excellent service, used high quality equipment, super fast, and very honest and competitive price. Would 100% recommendation to anyone. Fixed my water heater the same day. Mohamad C was great to work with!
