I had a great experience with Pros Plumbing Services. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently, leaving everything clean and working perfectly. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated their honesty and fair pricing. I highly recommend them and will definitely contact them again if I need plumbing services

Called this company on a holiday and they showed up within two hours to help with the leaking main pipe from our meter. Highly recommend as they were very easy and transparent to deal with and professional. They arrived exactly when they promised even with it being a holiday. Will definitely use them again.

The lady we spoke to was incredibly rude. She initially said she would forward an estimate to us and never did. When we called back and kindly asked about it, she snapped at us and told us to go find another plumber and that she would now be charging us $250 just to provide the estimate even though she originally said she would provide it. Very poor customer service. Something seems a bit suspicious about this company. ***I notice this company is attempting to divert or mislead potential customers with their recent response to me, which is regrettable but not unexpected. Additionally, we called under my girlfriend's name Annalis. The woman we spoke to picked up the phone both yesterday and today and it was clearly the same lady. BE WARNED: Please be cautious before considering contracting with them.

I called for an estimate and the person on the phone was rude. Very unprofessional treatment on the phone. Makes a person wonder what quality of work they do if they can’t even handle a phone call. I read your response and to be clear and accurate. You offered to set an appointment. I asked if it can be done at 4pm. You said you could not and hung up without letting me reply and ask for an appointment. I understand that companies get busy. You are the owner and if you had an employee treat someone over the phone, like you treated me, you would take issue with it. This is why many companies record phone interactions. So that management can monitor the quality of service. I will say to you. I’m not your employee that you can be rude to and simply hang up. There is a thing called courtesy and manners. Both of which you did not display. Take time to reflect and treat people better.
