Utility sink stopped draining and I tried everything to get it going. I had called and they were able to schedule me for the next day. Levon had come out and diagnosed the issue quickly, was able to complete the job in less than an hour and got our drain up and working again. Thought it was fairly priced, no upselling just got done what I needed and in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly, and I will use them for all plumbing needs going forward! Definitely deserve more than 5 stars, thank you again!

Ira was amazing, was on time and very communicative in arrival and what needed to be fixed. Quickly assessed my needs and quoted me a very reasonable price! I want to leave a review for the technician who performed a full drain cleaning service at my home today due to a major blockage throughout the house. This guy is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain everything, showed me what was happening, and made sure I understood the issue before starting the work. The company he works for is also very responsive and professional. They sent a technician promptly, and the initial visit and evaluation were free of charge, which I really appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

Pricing to unclog a toilet that took less than 5 seconds to unclog (I watched) cost $340! Way better prices out there.

If I could give them 1 million stars, I would. I am a partially disabled senior and I’ve been dealing with a leak in my garage for over two months. I had to deal with my home Warranty Insurance and two other plumbing companies who were trying to price gouge me. I called ProLine Rooter LLC, explained the situation and said they would sent someone out within two hours. The technician arrived at my home and within a minute identified the issue. They went out to their vehicle, then came back and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate, they completed the work, I signed the paper work and they were out the door all within 40 minutes. The price was perfect for what I would’ve thought it would be and they were compassionate and understanding! I literally cried because I was treated like a person. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for any work that is needed in my home!

Levon has been a great plumber for every issue we’ve had. Recently, we realized our water heater was way out of date and needed to be replaced. On Thursday, he came out to take a look at it and give us our options. We decided to go with a tankless water heater and he was able to install it, including all of the lines and valves that needed to be replaced, and he did it the next day, and had it done before dinner. He installed a new valve below our kitchen sink (which is on the opposite side of the house from the tank) so we get hot water in seconds, unlike before when it took upwards of 3 minutes. He also fixed an issue we didn’t know we had because whoever replaced the lines before had switched hot and cold. I’ve already recommended him to friends too!

I was extremely pleased with Proline Rooter LLC. What was supposed to be a very minor job, ended up being a major project because the plumber who originally plumbed my house did a very lousy job. (Unfortunately I have been dealing with his incompetency for years.) Proline was very professional, polite, and thorough. They explained everything step, and provided pictures to prove what needed to be done and what was done. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. Also their prices are extremely reasonable. I have friends who had very similar work done at a much higher cost. I recommend these guys to anyone needing plumbing work.

We experienced slow drainage, a clogged shower, and a big worry that disaster was in our future if we didn't take preventative action. Lavon, George, and team took the time to do a thorough assessment and re-piped my 60-year-old house. The team was punctual, organized, well-coordinated, and took great care of our home. They were respectful and tidied up at the end of each day. They were careful to close the yard gates, a detail we appreciate for the safety of our dog. The plumbing system in the house works great now, and we have peace of mind that it will continue to function well for a long time.

Had an active leak in the ceiling of a downstairs bathroom, below the shower. Found this company on Thumbtack with great reviews. They reached out to me within seconds of submitting a request. The next day they sent a technician named Ira who was such a pleasant person. He took the time to show me what was wrong and explained it. I honestly don’t know how the pricing compares to other companies since I needed the issue fixed right away. But I am satisfied with the service I received and would use them again!

This company deserves 5 stars across the board. I put out an urgent request on social media and within minutes I received a call from Levon. I had a leaking valve from the water intake at the top of my water heater. From the picture I took, Levon was able to give a likely diagnosis and remedy instructions over the phone. It worked just as he explained. This all went down on a Sunday afternoon. He took the time to help and didn’t charge me a dime. Just found my go to Plumbing Company!

I needed them for Emergency on Memorial Day and here they came two guys wonderful and efficient as smart. They did a fantastic job explained each step and the charge and we were so satisfied and grateful and they found the leak that really had gone through the wall and destroyed my mom’s bedroom carpet so so so fantastic. Can’t recommend them enough. They replaced the toilet, put in two bodes and fixed a pressure leak valve in the garage and found the leak.

Isaiah was great - on time and had shoe covers on as I opened the door. I explained the problem and brought him to my shower. He gave me a thorough explanation of he thought it could be and multiple estimates depending on how extensive repairs could be. I appreciate getting best case and worst case scenarios up front. He did an inspection and had to grab the needed part to match my brand. Everything was down in less than two hours!

They did a great job! I was originally quoted $15K by another plumber to fix the issue, but Levoin took a look and explained that only one spot actually needed to be repaired. He fixed it the same day, within a few hours, and for considerably less—saving me a lot of money. Everything was handled smoothly and without any issues. I’d absolutely use him again!
