Progressive Plumbing

We woke up this morning to our master shower upstairs leaking into the office downstairs again! We had the issue repaired a few months ago by another company, but unfortunately the problem came back. Since we didn’t want to use them again, we called Progressive Plumbing. They told us the plumber wouldn’t arrive until 12pm at the earliest, but by 11:30am the job was already finished and he was on his way out the door! Daniel did an incredible job!! He was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. Best of all, he fixed the issue in a way that should prevent it from happening again by replacing the previous PVC repair with copper piping. We couldn’t be more thankful for the fast response and excellent work. Thank you, Daniel, for your kindness and outstanding service! We will definitely be using Progressive Plumbing again and recommending you to everyone we know.

I've had Michael H. do several largish jobs at the house and I am very pleased with his technical skills, work ethic, and professionalism. Always explains his diagnosis, the options and related costs. Responses quickly and answers question competently. He also will point out other related potential issues or concerns without any pressure. Not the cheapest, nor the most expensive...but reliable, efficient and trustworthy. Michael did an absolutely amazing job fixing the shower head drip in our master bathroom! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was causing the drip, and fixed it efficiently without any hassle. Not only did he solve the problem, but he also made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before he left. The shower is working flawlessly now , no more annoying drip! If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and trustworthy, Michael is your guy. Highly recommend his services and will definitely be calling him again for any future needs!

Too expensive. To replace a PRV , they are asking about 750$. I searched for the item in home depot, it was around 220$ and another plumber replaced it in 5 minutes. So just for 5 minutes they are asking for almost 550$ labor. Not fair in my opinion.

I had a quote today. It was crazy high. I'd estimate about $300+ per man hour of work, but they wouldnt price the work on estimated time. It's unfortunate as the company was pleasant otherwise. Avoid getting taken advantage of and get quotes elsewhere first.

It was a last minute decision since Atlanta is supposed to get a major ice storm within the next 3 days. My husband called Progressive Plumbing to have gas install to hook up our new generator just in case electricity goes out expect the worst. They met with my husband I am guessing the owner and the owners son came out gave an estimate they left to purchase the needed part came back and had it installed it only took them between 30 to 45 minutes. The price was reasonable since it was a last minute decision. Professional company from the return phone call to coming out as promised to speaking with the owner and getting the job done quickly in less than a day. So far I am plessed with there work. I will use them again in the future and definitely will refer to friends and family.

I’m glad that I came across Progressive Plumbing! Their response was very prompt. Special thanks to Daniel for calming my fears. He also offered great advice and pointed out things that we didn’t even know about. We truly appreciate Progressive and look forward to working with them in the future. Update 4/1/26- We truly appreciate Michael coming out to install our new water heater. Without the knowledge of Daniel we wouldn’t have known. Michael was very knowledgeable, took the time to do the job thoroughly and explained everything. We truly appreciate him and look forward to calling them for future repairs and work. If you’re unsure- don’t be! They’re an awesome team!

I found these guys through a Google search, had them come out and fix a Undermount kitchen sink leak. Michael came out promptly, he was fantastic, easy to work with. He explained what my issue was, and what he would recommend. There was no pressure, gave me an upfront quote. The work was done professionally, he cleaned up after himself. Sink is as good as new. These guys are fantastic, prompt, professional, and will plan to use them for any of my future plumbing needs. I’d also like to add that Tatiana was extremely helpful and nice in answering my questions and getting everything scheduled.

Michael was the absolute best!!! When I called I got him on the phone. It was a Friday morning the busiest! But Micheal said no problem. I can fit you in! He came the same day! Addressed the problem with such ease and expert knowledge! He was so kind upbeat and patient. We will definitely be calling him again and this wonderful company. I also want to say Titiana who is in charge of scheduleing and getting Micheal out to you is the most kindest understanding person. She worked with me with my Drs schedule. She represents this company amazingly!

Daniel from Progressive Plumbing provided exceptional service. I reached out for a second opinion on a sewer scope inspection for a home purchase, and I couldn't be more impressed. Daniel took the time to meticulously review the footage, offering his professional, expert guidance on potential risks and long-term solutions. His thoroughness gave us a good idea of what we were walking into—I’ll be using Progressive for all our future plumbing needs.

Progressive was highly recommended in my area via "Next Door" and because I had such bad experiences with other plumbers I thought I'd give them a try. Customer service was awesome. Michael was thorough and very professional. He did the job, listened to my concerns and answered with confidence. I have a few smaller jobs that need to be completed and I honestly cannot think of a better company to do the work.

Michael came over to repair a spigot that was leaking. Found the cheapest way he could do it. He was able to come early and was done pretty quick - fair price. I’ve also used Progressive for a separate quote regarding a sewer smell in my bathroom. Went out of his way to give me a thorough explanation of the issue including drawing me a diagram of what is occurring. I’ve been very happy with their services.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. From my initial conversation with Tatiana to the service repair completed by Daniel, the entire experience was outstanding. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated excellent workmanship throughout the repair. Michael at Progressive Plumbing was awesome! I called earlier today to have a bathroom faucet replaced and to check my kitchen faucet for a leak and they fit me in same day. Sent Michael over within a few hours and he was great! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and quick. And the faucet is perfect! Highly recommend Progressive Plumbing! 10/10!!
