We’ve used Professor Gatsby’s several times over the past couple of years and have had a great experience every time! They’re friendly, professional, always on time, and were very quick to respond when we needed emergency service. The quality of their work is excellent, and it’s reassuring to have a plumbing company we can trust. Highly recommend!
Dominic was the tech that came out to our house. He was there before the alloted time slot. Very nice and courteous. He knows his stuff. I explained what was happening and he had the heat fixed in half hour. I would highly recommend Gatsbys for any work you need.
They are the best in class and deserves the 5-Star review from everyone else. They are beyond professional, punctual, and extremely competitive pricing for the value. We’ve had them install a Mini Split in our basement since it’s already a finished basement and we didn’t want to open our HVAC. Steve came over for the consultation, amazing guy and then a follow up with John the mastermind and at installation Chris was the tech doing the work. These guys are impeccable. Will do more business with them.
Jason and The Professor Gatsby Crew were the nicest and professional group of men. We bought them lunch and provided drinks and they couldn't have been more appreciative. We had this company before and were so pleased so naturally we called again. The construction Co was also very nice polite. Our experience was we were not nervous and Jason always kept us posted what was going on. My English Mastiff loved Jason. Thank You again guys it was like family after a few days. The guys were great. Explained what needed to be done and gave a general time frame. Also showed up on the earlier side of the estimated time block. Worked with me on price. NOTE: They charge by the job. Not by parts and labor. Informative, professional, and quick! Cleaned up, as well. Would definitely recommend.
