Joshua and his apprentice in training Dylan were outstanding. This was an installation of a Navien tankless water heater, and it required electrical, gas line, hardware and mounting, and going to get a gas regulator and some electric hardware. The work was extremely well done and they are great to work with. Its a very positive aspect to Professional Choice that newer techs like Dylan get a lengthy apprentice term before they perform on their own. I am glad I chose their company to do this installation. I highly recommend them for any tankless water heater installations and I will use them for any future service needs.

Andrew and Dylan did a great job very attentive to detail. It was a large job and they worked diligently to complete it including staying late the first day. Andrew returned the next morning and worked throughout the day to complete the job. The water filter install was excellent (see photo).

The system at Professional Choice Plumbing for making appointments and letting me know when they were on their way worked just as advertised and expected. When I initially called for info and possibly an appointment, owner Brandon was very forthcoming with all the answers to my questions and gave me great confidence that they would give me the high level of customer service and quality that I was looking for. My tech Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained things to me clearly as he worked and answered all of my questions so I know how to best maintain my new hot water heater. His work was beautiful and the hot water heater that they sold me and the way it worked with my existing house infrastructure using copper pipe and stainless steel connecting tubes are high-quality and will stand the test of time. I was happy and also amazed that he was able to get enough space next to my line of washer, dryer, and utility sink so that he could slide the new hot water heater and floor pan in with fractions of an inch to spare, which saved me money in labor cost. Andrew cleaned up everything where he had worked, leaving it better than he had found it. Once the parts come in for a toilet that needs all of the piping and mechanisms replaced, I’ll be getting on their schedule for them to do that work for me as well.

The technician Michael was very knowledgeable and shared each step of the process to clean our drains. He completed his work in a timely manner and finiahed the service call by explaining exactly what was done. You could tell he has been in the business for a long time Thank you again Michael
