They were ahead of the scheduled time so did not have to sit and wait for someone to come. Completed the repair while on-site so did not have to schedule for another visit. I appreciated that immensely.

They were quick to fix my drain problem and very knowledgeable in that area. I appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I paid $100 through American Home Shield and that I feel was too high for a visit but that has nothing to do with the excellent work that I received. That’s an American Home Shield thing because it used to be like $75 and now it’s $100 so it’s ridiculous.

Had a cracked toilet! The technicians were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! Repairs were completed quickly and I’m satisfied with the work!

I recently hired this plumbing company for a job at my rental property and was extremely disappointed by their unprofessional service. My tenant reported that the technicians used her toilet while she was not home, did not flush, and left urine on the seat. They also left a thick layer of dust and mess all over her floor that was never cleaned up. To make matters worse, there was zero follow-up or communication after the job was completed — the only contact I received was an invoice notice more than five weeks later. This level of disrespect to a customer’s home and complete lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. No attempt was made to ensure the work area was left clean or to confirm the job was satisfactory. I did not seek a refund, but I am leaving this review to warn others. Think twice before using this company if you value professionalism, cleanliness, and basic respect for your property.

Once Pro Plumbing got the ok to proceed, they immediately set up a time to do a diagnosis of my situation. After the diagnosis, another time was immediately set up to do the actual repairs/replacement of the equipment at fault. All of these visits were done by extremely competent technicians in a quick, professional manner. The price was set by the warranty company, but turned out to be about 1/4 of what I expected. Go with Pro Plumbing! You will be glad you did!
