They got inventive and used a pipe-freezing kit since they couldn't disconnect the water supply from the street to fix the water shutoff valve at my property. They were affordable and did an excellent job; I will use them again. A second shut-off valve was installed as part of the area's code compliance measures. The importance of a decent job is clearly highly valued by them. In answering my concerns and providing me with an explanation of the process, both Diego and Louis were incredibly helpful.
