Pro Plumbing Plus Electric

Chris and Todd were wonderful. They told me exactly what was wrong (Old cast iron pipes) and cleared the clog as well as I willing me how much it will be to replace the old pipes. They were very polite and helpful. I will definitely be contacting Pro Plumbing Plus to get pipes replaced when I can get the money together. But at least they cleared the blockage in the pipes so I am no longer getting a backwash into my tub and shower.

Great experience so far! They thoroughly tested for a leak, clearly explained everything, and confirmed the issue. Very honest, professional, and helpful. Glad I chose them! Update: Anthony & Andrew came out to perform leak detection and had to cut through the drywall, but they did minimal damage and were able to neatly cover it afterward, which I found really impressive. They quickly located the leak and improvised on the spot to avoid having to jackhammer through my slab. They truly went the extra mile to find the most cost-effective solution possible, and I really appreciated their effort and honesty throughout the process. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them exclusively going forward.

We tried to save some money and DIY the plumbing ourselves. After the second clog, we gave these guys a call and glad we did. They came out addressed/corrected the issue and ran new main sewer lines. Anthony, Matthew and Curtis were great! Answered my questions, explained the worked completed and left a clean workspace after. From the time you call and speak with sweet Brittany to the final walk-through with Anthony and Curtis you know you are in good hands.

I would look somewhere else. This company is not worth the money they estimate. Paid close to 700 dollars for a sink to be reattach the countertop. First guy came he was on time and very polite told me the estimate 693.00 and that they are the cheapest around for a job like this. After "fixing" the sink told us not to use it for 24hrs we didnt. Having to do take out for the night. Couple days later it wasnt attached anymore. Called and told them with what happen same tech came out and "fixed" it again told us to not use it for 24hrs. We didnt use it for 48 hours so take out for 2 nights not cheap first all for a family of 6. After using it for a week the sink detached from the countertop again. Call and explain my frustration on this matter. They sent out a different person. When he came we told him what has happen. Seemed like he didnt believe us or something. He was kinda rude on the matter. Again we cant use our sink for 3 days this was over the weekend. Which was a big inconvenience but at this ponit we just want the sink fixed. After fixing the sink he tell my sister we can not use to the sink until the seal is dry and if it gets wet and they are called out again for it we will be charged. He was not clear on the 5 year warranty they offer. Is the warranty void because they can not fix the problem the first time. My sister sent pictures of the finished work it looks like there is still a gap from the sink to the countertop. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

AVOID! I was charged over 700$ for one hour labor and less than 10$ in pvc. I asked for an invoice of what was done and how they came up with that amount because I needed to show the city. I received a blank invoice just showing I paid in full. Never again price gouging!

Anthony and Noah were great to work with. They took the time to explain things to me. They were very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Plumbing Pro Plus for your plumbing needs. 7/30/24. Pro Plumbing Plus did it again!! I had no water at the end of the day, and Chris came out as an emergency call. I needed a new well pump, he stayed until I had water again. I am so grateful that they are available 24 hours. My horse was thirsty. 12/30/24 I am so glad I found Pro Plumbing Plus. They are my go-to plumbing company. Anthony and his apprentice Max came out and got my sink flowing again. Poor Anthony got sprayed when the clog finally broke. Thank you, Anthony. 3/20/25 Matthew and Connor came out today and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Again, I highly recommend Pro Plumbing Plus. 5/5/25 I can’t say enough good things about Anthony and Pro Plumbing Plus. He is such a knowledgeable professional and gets right to it. He always explains things to me as he is doing his work. As I have said before, they are my plumbers for life. 7/16/25 & 7/17/25 Anthony, Curtis, and Matthew helped me again. I had two different issues that they were able to tackle quickly and efficiently. I always learn so much by watching. Maybe someday I’ll be able to take care of my own plumbing problems. Until then, I highly recommend Pro Plumbing Plus. 9/10/25 As you can see from all of my posts, this is definitely the plumbing company that I trust. Anthony and Matt came out to update some valves at my well set up. They were in and out quickly and did a great job. They are usually available that day or the next. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their plumbers. 1/20/2026 Anthony and Matt came out to replace a shower head unit due to Price Pfister discontinuing the replacement part needed. ALWAYS GET DELTA!! They were so quick and efficient. As always, I highly recommend Pro Plumbing Plus for any plumbing issues. 3/12/2026 Anthony and Conner came out to replace my well tank that sounded like a dying whale.😂 While they were doing that, I had them update some of the ancient pipes that were in there. I now feel much better about my well set-up. They were quick and cleaned up everything before leaving. Thanks to Anthony upgrading a part, I now have a little more pressure in the house.

We have had Curtis and Connar help us with three different issues over the last two weeks: Clogged pipes, new drain plumbing and p-trap for a new sink install, new water heater install. Because we have an older home several things had to be addressed. They were straight forward with the work they needed to do and offered several choices on how to approach each one. They gave explanations and breakdowns on everything they were doing so that we could understand easily. Both of them were kind, courteous, and approachable while they were working. We also appreciate that Pro Plumbing Plus was able to schedule us in a timely manner and we didn't feel left out to dry when we have concerns or issues. In January we needed older metal pipes to be replaced that had started to leak and crumble. Pro Plumbing Plus was able to send someone out and replace the lines same day. They also came to inspect for leaks at no charge when we had a separate leak concern. I feel confident in all the work and service they have provided and they have been our go-to for plumbing services.

Brett and Gavin were great. They took care of our issues fast and effective. Great service. Will definitely use them again. Recommend to everyone. We had another issue. Anthony came out and gave us a great way to fix the leak and how to fix the floor so that the toilet was level. We have a farm house over 100 years old and it is great to work with knowledgeable people who are nice as well. Will not use anyone else for any plumbing problems. Once again we had a problem that Anthony fixed with little effort. We needed a new faucet in our kitchen. When we called on Friday and asked a question about our issue, he called us back right away. Told us what the problem was and he told us we needed a new faucet. Came out on Monday and fixed the problem. So nice and so professional.

Had a leak at my rental house which is in a very rural location. Naturally, it happened in the middle of a cold snap and was actively snowing. They did their best to get there but the road conditions prevented them. My renter was able to remove a clog and stop the leak but I still asked Pro Plumbing to come out. They did and said nothing was wrong and gave a good explanation of what they think happened (which made sense to me). I asked how they wanted to receive payment for the visit and the gentleman refused to take any payment since he didn’t do anything. I really appreciated them driving all the way out there to take a look and then not charge me. I now have a go to plumber for my rental house.

Plumbers came on time. Had sewage back up into my tub, sinks gurgling when we ran the washer, etc. They snaked the main line, said there was no obstruction, pinned the problem on the septic tank and left. $250. Called a septic guy, the tank was not the problem but I had him pump anyways since he'd already dug it up. Google the problems I was having, classic obstructed vent line symptoms. Again, $250 for a misdiagnosis and 30 minutes of labor. Can't say I recommend at that price...

This is my second time using ProPlumbing within the last year. 2025, we had the sewer line from the house to the street replaced. 2026, they reworked all the PVC in the basement in order to create more "fall" for better draining. We had water standing in the drains. Overall, we have been pleased with the services and employees from pro Plumbing. The workers are professional, knowlegable, prompt and friendly. They did all the work in one day and cleaned up afterwards.

Brett and Matt were absolutely amazing. Not only were they pleasant and profesional, but they also arrived on-time! My plumbing issue was quickly resolved and they ensured my home (minus the hole left in the ceiling to perform the repair) looked like it did before they arrived. In other words, they cleaned up after completing the work! I hope I never need their services again, but if I ever have other plumbing issues....they're definitely the only ones I'm calling. 🙂

Anthony and Matrhew were professional and courteous and set my new propane tankless water heater up in one day. It works great! The guys even cleaned up the work area after they were done. Brittany did a great job getting the job scheduled quick and calling to let me know when they were about 45 minutes out for the install. Price was great too for high quality work and product. Great company that I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family!

The team that came out, Anthony & Curtis - arrived ahead of schedule. They assessed the situation quickly and not only repaired the filter issue I was having, but also capped of an additional unused pex line. The team was not only professional, but also took some extra time to explain what was being done and why - which I haven’t had in similar experiences. Fix was quick and painless - a fantastic job! Thanks to you both Anthony & Curtis for their hard work!

Had a major clog from a kitchen sink way down the line. Chris came within a reasonable time a fix it. Very professional, careful and cleaned before he left. I’m a superintendent that builds high rises, hotels and retirement facilities. It impossible to pull anyone from these job for this particular building. I’m not usually a fan of residential workers. I’ll always call this Company and ask for Chris. They run a Company you can count on.
