After not giving up on finding our issue, he found the AC unit with a leak, and then noticed the water heater seemed too hot - to further figure out the exhaust through the chimney was blocked! He cleared it and saved us from a potential fatal carbon monoxide issue. Couldn’t be more grateful for the efficient, excellent work!!”
