Called with water in the laundry room, nick and another guy came to find the source. After not giving up on finding our issue, he found the AC unit with a leak, and then noticed the water heater seemed too hot - to further figure out the exhaust through the chimney was blocked! He cleared it and saved us from a potential fatal carbon monoxide issue. Couldn’t be more grateful for the efficient, excellent work!!

I recently had an oil-to-gas conversion completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Pristina Plumbing did an incredible job replumbing our entire house. They were respectful, extremely skilled, and did a great job. Not only did them complete a very complex job on time, but they even cleaned up and left the house as clean as possible. This was a big job and not one we wanted to do, but Prestina Plumbing made a bad situation better with their A++ service!

Used them for the first time to fix a corroded toilet flange and install a new toilet. Left them a voicemail on Sunday afternoon, they called back Monday morning and came Monday afternoon to fix it. Nick, the son, came to fix it. He was excellent. He replaced the flange and also discovered a loose pvc pipe that needed to be replaced. Could have been a big problem if Nick didn’t find it. He did great work and was very neat. Price was very fair. Will definitely be using them from now on. Highly recommend family business 👍🏻
