Priority Home Services truly impressed me when they replaced my old water heater. The technician arrived right on time, was polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the installation process, checked all the connections for leaks, and even hauled away the old unit for disposal. The new system works perfectly, and my water heats faster than ever. It’s refreshing to work with a company in Northern Colorado that combines professionalism, quality workmanship, and genuine customer care. I’ll definitely be using Priority Home Services again for future maintenance.

Priority Home Services installed our mini split in record time and the quality is superb. The technician was patient, professional, and walked me through every step of the installation. He tested the airflow, sealed everything tightly, and even showed me how to clean the filters. The attention to detail really stood out. It’s great knowing we have such a reliable company right here in Northern Colorado

We had a strange burning smell coming from our heater in Broomfield, and we were worried something serious was wrong. I called Priority Home Services and got Cassandra on the phone — she was incredible. She reassured us, explained the process, and got a technician scheduled right away. The HVAC tech showed up promptly, found the issue, and fixed it safely. Cassandra even called the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism and kindness these days.

This company is a rip off. I was quoted over the phone $139, but ended up paying $460. They even charged us 3 percent since we were using a credit card! That right there is not good customer service. That service should be free! The guy came out and put his rotor in, it got stuck and he completely shredded the pipe, it was pinched right there so it need to be replaced anyway. He took the enamel off of the tile in our bathroom with his machine. He wanted another $169 to put a camera down there, and then another $139 to locate it!!! Insane. Where he located it outside wasn't where the break even was, Come to find out. it was like 8ft away. He told us we had to take down the neighbors rock wall and pull out all of his trees and bushes (four). Also, it was our responsibility to re-build the Rock wall and they weren't going to put the rocks back. They wanted 5,800 to fix the break outside, in addition to the $460. I got another opinion (thank god) and they came out, didn't have to take down the rock wall or the bushes and did it for 2,700!! It pays off to shop around and get second/third opinions. The Pipe MD was amazing!!! And cheap. I also noticed that the owner only responds to positive five star reviews on yelp. Again, not good customer service at all. I wasn't going to mention the "plumber" who came out, but Ian just responded to my post and marked it funny. Again, do not use this company!!!

Replaced kitchen line and floor drain our main line in 2016. They put in a new line and did a horrible job a jackhammering out the concrete. As you can see from other pictures they do not remove the concrete like they should. Did they get the job done, yes. Is it ugly and we are at risk for water leaking into the concrete foundation now, also yes. I wish I would have know this before hiring them to jack-hammer my councrete out. Do your homework, I should have.

SEAN FARRIS Where to even begin. Dealing with priority plumbing has been one of the worst experiences in recent memory. I still sit here with a ruined front yard, holes in my walls, leaking plumbing, and inadequate water pressure due to undersized and out of code piping. To preface, this was a house we purchased and had some items to fix(replace galvanized and main). The work was done by priority and paid for by our seller's insurance. Let me say I understand insurance companies pay for the bare minimum, but the work is/was atrocious. The sellers were as appalled as we were. The work that was done I'm about to outline was appalling and bordering intentional. I have retained an attorney and will be careful to just give facts. I am skeptical of all the 5* reviews. Picture the moment you close on your house, filled with excitement; pull up to see the yard completely torn apart, with a giant dirt mound, sod mixed in not separate ruined (pictured). I then go into the house and turn on the bathroom faucet, notice low water pressure, I turn on the second and flush the toilet...barely a dribble. There was no issues with water pressure during inspection, just galvanized pipe to be replaced per contract. I then open the cabinet and to my horror see (pictured) the drywall cut out with pex running through just hanging there like a crack head cutting holes in the wall for copper. There is excellent access from the basement, there is no need for this. I run to the kitchen and find the same (pictured). I then go down to the basement and find they ran 1/2" pex off the water main, and found the water main leaking badly. I immediately contact priority and they send a supervisor. He tries to gaslight and tell me the aerators on the sinks are plugged, and that they didn't change the pressure. After showing him prior inspection videos he agrees they will run ¾" properly with a manifold off the main (don't get me started on the manifold, they ran EVERYTHING in the house off a single 1/2" line). I was told they WILL NOT BE FIXING THE DRYWALL, that's just how they do it. NO, NO that's not how you do that. At this point I call in my main plumber for house flips. He was absolutely irate; said they easily could have removed the existing pipes and ran pex without destroying the walls. He said it would've cost them $20 to properly run a manifold for the pex off the main and had no water pressure issues. I give up with priority to come back again and address the issue, they lied to my face a second time for the "fix". After weeks of phone calls trying to get the front yard at least compacted and leveled out, which I think is a REASONABLE thing to have already been done, we we're finally told someone was coming out. SEAN FARRIS, the Vice President, the man himself actually took the time to come out and take a look. Sean agreed it looked bad without needing explanation and said they "don't normally do this, but we will this one time come back and level it". I explained to Sean, I build pipelines, when they replaced the main line, they didn't even compact it or level out. Then I get the same lie as the other supervisors, "that will level out over time". Let me explain, it's a 12" high mound, with sod mixed in, it may settle a few inches with some water compacting, but it needs to be leveled. Sean agreed someone would call and they would send someone out. IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS AND NO CALL, NO CALL BACKS. SEAN, I guess if this is how your crews leave things when taking on insurance work, maybe you shouldn't take on the work if you leave someone's house looking like a crackhead just came through it. Or do you all always do the bare minimum everywhere you go? Long story short, I'll fix the yard myself over a weekend, and I hired my plumber for $1,000 to fix everything inside. Curious question for Priority, at the very least, why didn't you offer me an estimate to fix anything additional out of scope instead doing a terrible job? You had the opportunity to earn my business and I would've used you here for the life of this house... Stay far. FAR. AWAY

**Edit to company response from google 5/30/24 I am partial homeowner, I took ownership in 2021 through the existing mortgage. My mother also the owner and policy holder - whom you guys have avoided and who is at a communication disadvantage due to english being her second language, I have had to step in. We, the client of HomeServe a Home Warranty company - would never have to pay for your services. That is why I pay for home warranty and have full coverage for my mainline. The issues I have as a homeowner and an unfortunate customer of Priority and Plumbing due to them being contracted by HomeServe - Said they would fix our sprinkler lines and electrical in Nov 2023 they destroyed. - Got avoided by this company for 6 months UNTIL it was discovered they didn't replace 4ft of the original pipe that had SEVERE root intrusion (the entire reason we got our mainline replaced.) - 05/01/2024 Sean Farris said they would fix the sprinklers and has avoided us once again. This company absolutely did not go above and beyond. Priority Plumbing and Heating HAD to come back to fix a problem they were legally contracted to fix in Nov 2023 and did NOT complete. Above and beyond for adding some soil? The stress and financial burden this has caused has been significant. Original post 5/29/2024 Another bad Sean Farris (VP/ Owner) review on a mainline replacement (Estimated $18,000+ Insurance job.) On November 9, 2023 Priority Plumbing and Heating Littleton was hired to replace and install a new mainline on our property by my home warranty company (HomeServe.) They acted in several negligent ways, did not complete the job they were paid to perform, destroyed my front yard, sprinkler lines and electrical. When we raised the concerns to Sean - Sean Farris, told us to kick rocks and that our concerns were not his issue. We were persistent and knew this job was not done correctly. He continues to give us the run around for 6 months, he was conveniently always in a "meeting." After paying a 3rd party to scope out and make note of all the things Priority Plumbing and Heating did wrong, they told me it would be $18k+ to fix their mistakes. I had a demand letter written up to get them to pay attention to the issues that I had complained about for 6 months. Things they did wrong: - Did not backfill our soil causing a sinking trench. - Cut all of our sprinkler lines/ electrical and buried them. - Failed to replace our mainline in its entirely, left with severe root intrusion. - Failed to clean up - left old clay pipe strung along our front yard. - Clean out caps were below ground level, improperly glued and secured. Fast forward May 01 2024 - Priority Plumbing and heating said they would replace the rest of the line that they failed to replace the first time, clean up the trash they left, back fill our soil that was sinking into a trench, and get someone to fix our sprinkler lines/ electrical. Once Sean and his crew came to fix their original issues - his crew member showed us that our mainline was leaking sewage into our front yard for six months from. Sean never mentioned anything to us other than everything looks great. Now its a month later 5/28/24 - Sean Farris wont return my phone calls about getting our sprinkler lines/ electrical fixed, he continues to be in "meetings" Company's motto is - we were paid to replace the line and thats it. If we break it, its not our issue. Spent over $3,000 to get my sprinkler lines and electrical fixed, had to pay to get my line scoped by a third party. Spent 6 months trying to get them to fix their mistakes. Avoid at all costs They came back was because they HAD to. HomeServe was made aware Priority Plumbing and Heating did not perform the job in its entirety that they were paid to do. IF not for that, I would still have sewage leaking into my yard, unfinished mainline, a sinking trench etc. 5/28 President of Priority called my fiancé after leaving a bad BBB review because he was required to by the BBB. He was NOT trying to resolve the issue and make it right but wanted the complaint taken down.

We worked with Priority four years ago to get a new furnace, water heater and AC. A young kid (19?) came and installed everything, and then needed to return to our house four separate times to fix various issues. A few years later we started experiencing issues with our air conditioner. We called Priority and they looked at our system and told us everything was installed wrong, and they wanted to make it right and replace everything. After three weeks passed with no follow-up from Priority, we found out the employee was falsely promising replacement systems and claiming to be a manager. Another manager came out and looked at our system and agreed the install was very poorly done and they made some larger adjustments to our furnace and AC. We appreciated their dedication to their reputation and making sure their work was done right. Since then, we are still having issues with our AC. It seems simply because the one they sold us is much too large for our home. Our pipe freezes on a regular basis. They've come back out three times with bandaid solutions, but we are still having issues. We tried again this week. They blew off two scheduled appointments and still have not addressed the issue. All we want is for this to be made right so we can both move on. My husband has tried politely and repeatedly with no luck, so I thought I'd come here to air my grievances. I wanted to be sure people looking to hire them knew about their lack of communication, as well as selling us on a product way above what we needed, as well as a consistently poor delivery on that product. Please step up and make this right.

Priority Plumbing and Heating now at the top of my Most Unreliable Contractors list ... I've been a property manager/ owner for over 12 years now, I've worked with numerous contractors, and there are a lot of good reliable and trustworthy businesses out there ... but Priority Plumbing is BY FAR THE WORST plumbing company I've ever had to deal with in all those years. They've been unable to finish a job that was started almost 18 MONTHS AGO, TERRIBLE communication, and ZERO follow through on anything they say to your face. If you care about your sanity, stay away from this company, save yourself the stress of being ignored and having your job go unfinished. I've spoken with the owner/manager Bob and the secretary Melony MANY times face-to-face, and have also texted / called numerous times for updates, but for some reason these two keep passing the blame/responsibility back and forth to each other on who is supposed to Draft the Plans for a simple Backflow Installation and give it to Pikes Peak Regional Bldg. to once and for all inspect their work and get the permit passed. I can't get ANY clear answer from either of them, ever, and they've had More Than Enough opportunity to finish the job they started... Did you install it incorrectly and don't want to stand behind your work? What exactly is going on here?! INVOICE# 16648610 dated July 13, 2021... you have my number, please figure out your nonsense.

At first i was happy with the service, except for the gash in my front door they left as they banged the door with the new unit. But then i went to change the air filter after it had been in use for 6 weeks and discovered the technician did not put a filter in the unit. Actually, let me correct that. He might have, but the water heater had a gas leak i discovered the day after they replaced the AC/ furnace. He may have taken the filter out then and then forgot to put it back. Good thing i discovered that gas leak, or i may have gone caboom since the furnace room is closed and it would probably exploded before i smelt the gas. When the tech came out to address the missing filter, all they wanted to do was put a filter in. Funny how critical it is to replace the filter every month, but when they drop the ball it's not a big deal. I have pictures of the sludge coming off the coils, but they tell me it's all good, evenv guy though my electric bill went from $115 to $175 last month. When you spend $10,000 on a new furnace/ac, you expect to have a new efficient unit. Guess i have to learn to live with it. Least i can do is let everyone know to double check these guys' work, less you end up wondering how did you get screwed here when you were just trying to do the right thing.

Update: The manager called me and we discussed other options to make the situation right. I got a partial refund but after a month the sink began leaking from around the drain and the plumbers putting came out. I called back and was told I'd have to pay to have someone come out and look at it Hired Priority to redo the piping under my kitchen sink and install a garbage disposal. The plus side is they could schedule quickly and were very communicative. The rest was unfortunately not good. The plumber took almost 5 hours, installed the wrong piping (not even installing a p trap), left a large mess, and spilled PVC Primer on the floor (not using a drop cloth). When I turned on the water, it leaked everywhere. They were responsive and sent out a supervisor the next day that confirmed the issues. To their credit they were very responsive, polite, admitted fault, and tried to make it right. The piping was fixed, the flooring couldn't be cleaned and we got a partial refund but probably not enough to truly replace it and the hassle of an extra day of dealing with it and having to try to fix the flooring ourselves. Everyone was very nice and responsive, but the service was extremely poor.

I had Priority replace my main water line in October of 2018. At the time i felt that the did a really good job. Keith did a good job of selling his company. They were NOT the lowest bid, at $4500.00. I did have a lower bid from PipeX, who has pissed me off in the past by doing quick and dirty work, I went with Priority anyway because i thought they would do better quality work. Well, turns out they use cheap parts. It's been almost 2 years (22 months) and I just noticed that the ball valve the put in as the main shut off has been leaking and is nearly rusted out. I contacted their office to see if they would cover the repair, and of course, since it's been over a year, they won't. A quality ball valve should not leak after 2 years, not even after 20 and a company should be willing to back their work for more than a year. Use quality parts and you shouldn't have a problem. If you use them for any plumbing, I would get your own parts and not let them use the cheap contractor pack stuff they get. It will save you some effort or money later. I'll be replacing both my main water line valves myself.

I have used Priority 6 times in the last 5 years. I called and spoke to Suzanna on 11/23/22 regarding a scope (camera inspection) that was done by Nathan on 6/13/2021. I told her I was afraid I was going to have a very expensive sewer line replacement but I needed to have a copy of the scope, which I paid for, but a copy was never provided. She said due to the holidays the manager would need to call me back the following Monday. I told her sure have a nice Thanksgiving and I'll wait to hear from her Manager. The following week, I receive a call from her Manager and she states "point blank" I don't know why Nathan didn't give you a copy (since you paid 199.00 for it) but they only keep them for 6 six months, PERIOD!! I stood there shell shocked for a minute and asked her for any assistance she could provide....she told me to have a nice day and hung up.............SERIOUSLY!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! The sad thing is I left them a STELLAR 5 STAR review a few years back....how times change !!!

I have worked with many pluming company's and by far this is the worse pluming company out there. We were scheduled on a Thursday and they didn't come out time schedule then when I called office Ezabel said they had a emergency job and had to reschedule me on a Monday. Sure enough Monday came and the tech came parked in the lot took a picture from the car didn't bother to come out of the car and reported the office a no show. I stepped out watching him leave the parking lot and and he went up and down the street then left. I called the office right away they said no one was there so we left and the lied to me that the tech is on the way back, I waited an hour and called the office back they Ezabel lied to me again and said we need to have a manager call you, Ben called me back and said we are not coming out we had to many issues. They are a lying company, the tech the office worker and the manager. Do NOT trust this company ever.

This guy is a joke. The $400 plus work done to replace the tube vent on swamp cooler tore. The guy was to replace the entire thing but only replaced the bottom portion. I called Keith who had got attitude upon finding out I posted bad review on the furnance they installed: he said it's been a year and warranty not valid. I said the cooler was used only 3 months. The rest of the year it's not used. He argued with me and demanded yea & no answers. He demanded I take down bad review or he won't help me. I told him all the times and issues I had with furnance and he should of came out personally to fix it and it's bad customer service to argue with the customer over their faulty work and over charging in the swamp tube: he says he'd call me back when he returns from vacation but never did. The original tube lasted 33yrs!!! Their tube only 3 months! Now I have guys here replacing it from another company guess what! For free!!!
