A few months ago I had a new water filtration system installed by Prince Plumbing Company, and I am extremely satisfied with the installation Thank you, Prince Plumbing Company, for the excellent service and for making such a positive difference in my home!

Recently a Prince's Plumbing Employee tried to run my car off the road in order to get in front of me. I called and spoke with his manager and he assured me he would talk with him and call me back. I never heard back from him. BEWARE OF their services if this is how they accept behavior from their employees.

Not recommended, my toilet is leaking from the bottom, just need to replace the gasket and reseat the toilet, he recommended to replace the tank for $650 or the whole thing for $750! While it should be a $200-$250 routine job

I cant hardly say anything about the work they do but felt compelled to post a quote we asked for to do some work. We needed a sink disconnect, dishwasher disconnect, gas stove disconnect, water disconnect on refrigerator, and toilet wax ring replacement. This was the reply "Hi, this Oscar at prince plumbing co. sorry to hear about your leak and mold issue the estimate for the kitchen sink, dishwasher and gas cook range disconnect, provided no parts are required (leaking cut off valves) ice maker hook up, new wax seal, toilet closet bolts and base caulk $ 575.00 plus parts, service charge $ 65.00 thanks Oscar" Needless to say we opted out. *Needed to update. For comparison we paid another plumbing company $320 total parts and labor for the above work.*

We had a sudden issue first thing in the morning. After having the city confirm it was not on their end, we called Prince Pluming. The gentleman answered right away and let us know he could be here by 10. He arrived promptly on time. He discovered the issue, walked us through the fix, and had it( and a couple other concerns) handled within 30 - 45 minutes. He explained what he needed to do and the cost. We felt the pricing was very reasonable. The next time we have an issue, we will be calling Prince Plumbing!

Prince Plumbing has helped us out with many repairs and walked us through getting support from the city when repairs were needed on that side. They’ve repaired/replaced exterior faucets, sinks, tubs, replaced water heaters, and repaired outdoor plumbing issues for us. They always are willing to answer our questions, respond to calls in a timely manner, and have reasonable prices compared to others in the area. Thank you, Prince Plumbing!

I had a major problem in my kitchen at my kitchen sink, gave the technician was wonderfully. He was so patient with me and help me so much. I will never try to do it Again, I will always call Prince Plumbing. I’m not kidding I I’m so happy now. My kitchen is fixed.

Arrived at my house in a van that leaked oil all over my driveway , came in with a tent in his pants which only got larger when he told me price which was out of sight . Never again will I call these crooks .

Had a sudden problem and called Prince. They answered the phone, said they would be here in a hour or so, got here early, and fixed the problem. The price seemed reasonable. Couldn't ask for more.
