I had a great experience with Prime Plumbing and Heating! They were recommended to me when I was back home in Colorado. The Prime team was very professional in helping me troubleshoot, and diagnosed my issue quickly. I felt well taken care of!

Prime Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations when they sent Trevor to figure out what led to an alarming leak under our kitchen sink. Trevor communicated professionally with my husband and I throughout the entire process, and so we felt very comfortable with his diagnosis, and the solution he provided was affordable as well. He fixed the problem same-day, and while he was very efficient, we could tell he was also providing top-quality care in everything he did. We definitely will be calling them again if we have any future plumbing/heating needs!

I work for a property management company downtown, and I'm not sure how we connected with Prime Plumbing, but I'm glad we did. Each interaction has been nothing short of professional, urgent, and kind. Not only has Megan been great at being responsive, she's currently responding to be on the weekend, to a non-urgent situation (in the middle of the AFC championship game to add) and does a great job! Always so helpful! Fernando came out this weekend to do a cast iron pipe replacement and he texted me when on the way, communicated with me in between, and told me when the job was completed. A skill many vendors lack, simple communication. Then he found an additional crack in another pipe, which, if it wouldn't have been caught, it would have been more money out of the HOA's pocket and a possible insurance claim. Thank you both for your outstanding service! Highly recommend!

I got their name from Tom Martino's referral list for a leak in my 5 year old water heater, so I expect to pay a premium for a vetted company. The initial communication was professional and good, and the work they did was was fine but here are my issues with this company: they quoted me $2,300 to fix it. I felt like they did not have my best interest in mind and were just trying to extract the most amount of money possible. I explained I was doing a renovation soon so wanted the most cost effective fix. The repairman said it was all recommended. I pushed back on at least installing a drain pan because I have no drain in my floor so a shallow pan would be useless for any major leak. That dropped it $500. I had an issue after he left with no hot water to my kitchen sink - due to him flushing the heater and it loosening corrosion. When it wasn't clear given an annoying text exchange with Prime after hours whether they were going to come back and help me, I called two other independent plumbers. Those plumbers told me I was overcharged and one said for only a little more, they could have given me a whole new heater with warranty. (Prime did end up coming out the next day to get my kitchen sink hot water working at no additional cost. Although I felt dismissed as when I was first discussing their initial quote, I asked whether the benefits of a flush outweighed the risk of galvanic flaking and was assured it was the recommended thing to do.) I did call Prime first before writing this review as they request you do for complaints. I spoke with a nice woman who listened empathetically but there wasn't any follow up after that.

I called Prime Plumbing & Heating to come out to fix my boiler last Friday. When the technician arrived he had my boiler working again after only a few minutes which I thought was great at first. It turned out however that the technician did nothing to evaluate or repair the actual problem with my boiler so it stopped working again two days later. When I called to inform Prime plumbing that the problem wasn't fixed they said I had to accept a $1,400.00 estimate as well as a $550.00 estimate for them to come back out which I had no choice but to accept. I ended up diagnosing and repairing the actual problem myself, (the boiler had a f-9 error code which means the igniter is bad but the technician didn't even look at the igniter when he came out). When the technician came over the second time I told him I made some of the repairs myself but I wanted a couple other issues with the boiler looked at. He said he had to contact his office and then left without even telling me or doing any work. When I called their office to see where the technician went they said he left and that I should feel lucky I'm not getting charged for parts or a restocking fee. I get they are busy this time of year but I don't trust this company, I don't like how they do business, I would not recommend them and my boiler still isn't working correctly. Thanks for absolutely nothing Prime plumbing.

I have known of Nathan and his business: Colorado Prime Plumbing and Heating because I worked as a board member as VP at an apartment complex for 3 plus years...I contacted him a couple times...he always sent some other person out to show up...or NOT show up. I recently had a plumbing leak that needing fixing and thought I would give him another chance. I explained in the message that I wanted to not only fix the leak but spend a bit more $ to replace the recurring old outdated pipes. Contacted him yesterday 6/25/2018..which is effecting not only my tenant but the tenant below. I explained this in my telephone message to him. Have not heard back...Never heard back from him the last time I called for a plumbing issue either...lol. Very Unreliable. I Do Not Recommend Him.

I had a pretty stressful situation right before leaving for a trip to Texas—trying to cram a week’s worth of work into just a few days when suddenly our basement drain flooded the entire laundry room with about 2 inches of water. Panicked, I called Prime Plumbing, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for their quick response. Within just 4 hours, two technicians, Fernando Cortez and Keaton Duhn, were at my door ready to help. They were professional, efficient, and took care of the issue by snaking the drain, saving us from a much bigger headache. Thanks to them, my husband didn’t have to miss work or attempt to fix the problem himself. I truly appreciate their prompt service and professionalism during such a stressful moment. Highly recommend!

Update 2: James came back for another issue. He was fantastic as always. I can't recommend this company enough. Update: I'm still using Prime a few years later. They are honest, affordable and on time. James was very knowledgeable and friendly. Matthew Fills was perfect! Prompt, honest, and helpful. He made things easy to understand and even helped me save money using the service plan. He helped get my a/c in perfect condition for the summer heat. Dylan W. was also fantastic! He gave me a fair estimate on a tub install and some excellent advice on getting my disabled partner into a bathtub.

James came to our home for an inspection! This is free with the membership we purchased! James is very knowledgeable in aspects of plumbing and gave us the honest run down of what the condition of our pipes have! He is super confident and a pleasure to talk to. I am also in sales and he is by no means a high pressure guy! He gives you honest opinions and assessment! Thank you James and Prime Plumbing! James also did a fair price estimate before he left! I highly recommend Prime Plumbing and Heating!

John, Richard and Matt were all great to work with. I have a problem-child comb-boiler that has given me no end of grief. These guys were patient in helping me understand the issues and what options I had available to fix it. They were all incredibly friendly, and diligent in their work. They've each gone above and beyond what I'd expect from a plumbing/hvac contractor in ensuring that I have what I need. I'll hire them without hesitation if I ever run into problems in the future.

The tech obviously didn't know the unit, was on the phone with tech support and the building management for over 3 hours. Then left everything disconnected and told me I was the only one with issues in the building (not true, the electrical had tripped and the unit needed to be reset) and then told me I needed to replace the unit to the tune of $11,825! Not including the drywall they were going to tear up... if I ever need a new unit, it won't be coming from them

James let me know what time he would arrive. He was on time and ready to work. James explained what he was going to do to remedy my plumbing problem. He showed me an accurate estimate and completed the task I was billed for. As he worked through he noticed another issue w my floor drain. James throughly explained what I was looking at and why I should replace it. His explanation made sense and he wrote me an estimate w a fair price. Highly recommend this company.

James did a great job on a leakage problem in my bathroom at an old house that I bought 6 months ago. He presented 3 options according to longevity and price and allowed me to choose what I wanted done. He was able to complete the work the same day. Great customer service and updates on when he would be arriving at my house. I've utilized this company 3 times for various issues with an old plumbing system and every experience has been excellent. Thank you!

Complete scam. Plumber showed up, said he couldn't do the job and obviously wanted to get out of there ASAP, basically peeled out in the parking lot. Jacked me 75$ for the service call ( he was there 20 minutes max) then a 3 percent credit card processing fee as if the 75$ wasn't enough. Another GREAT plumber showed up, said the job would be no problem, did an incredible job, parts and all 200$ flat. Stay away from this " company "

I had a great experience with Fernando. He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and represents the company extremely well. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this experience definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
