Our home needed a need water heater since we have been having issues with the old one for quite some time. They came out and replaced our old unit with a tankless one that works so well we can use multiple showers at the same time which is important for a busy family. They were very efficient and through, replaced it within a few hours, and gave me information about rebates I could claim with the city. I found that very thoughtful of them. I would highly recommend PRI and would definitely use them for future services.

PRI Plumbers and Rooters responded fast when our pipes from the AC unit backed up. Andy showed up, went into the attic and made sure the algae stuck in the tubes was flushed. We ended up saving hundreds of dollars vs. the quote we received from an HVAC company. Sometimes thinking outside the box and calling a good honest plumber pays off. Thanks Andy for a job well done. Our next project will be power jetting open the drainage system under the grass.

If you're looking for a trustworthy, call anytime and fix it type, Andy and his crew are the way to go. I'm a property manager of single family homes, apartment buildings and HOA's, that all use Andy for pipe replacements, emergency repairs, you name it. It's tough to come across a vendor that is honest, does great work and smiles through all of it, but Andy makes it look easy. Andy and his crew really are life savers! We had a hot water pipe burst inside our wall and we started calling local plumbers in a panic. Andy answered on the first ring and came to our rescue. They were professional from start to finish and went above and beyond to make this disaster as painless as possible. This company is a gem and there is no one else I would recommend for the services they offer.

It's a Sunday and our sewer line got backed up. Most places were closed or their quotes were too high. I requested quotes from at least 15 places. PRI responded quickly and had the most reasonable price. Andy was very kind and professional. The job was done quickly and they even put a scope down the sewer line to show me what the problem was. I would recommend them to anyone.

Andy is the best- he answers all calls in a timely manner and is punctual. He is always in a good mood and does the work in a professional manner. Needed a kitchen sink fixed on New Year's Eve day and no other plumber would come out on the same day. Andy gave me a call with an estimate and was at my house within a few hours. They had my sink fixed in 30 min. Couldn't be happier with the service and that they were able to come out same day on NYE.
