BEST plumber in town! week before Christmas and everyone was booked till first of the year. This company came out and fixed my issues and it was same day! reasonable and honest and now the only plumber I will ever call.

He did a job on Feb. replaced pipes Etc. In Aug a piece he replaced broke & I list tons on water again $613 worth. He finally sent his Dons to repair part. It started to rain so they left & left hoke open. I called later to get it finished. He said he was busy, get to when he could. Called 3 mire times. Finally he said he have to charge me sgsin to close hoie. I'm an elderly widow & finally have had to cover it W/cover & put rocks around to hood it down. In the time it was open, it filked back up W/dirt, rain & weeds. It's still open to that day. That lady job was in mid Aug. I'm so disgusted I may have to pay someone to fill it up. Plus he left my concrete containers out that go in hole around pipe. Very poor job. For sure.

Prescott Plumbing came out to attempt to fix a stopped up toilet and failed, yet charged $155 regardless. They used an augur for a full 5 minutes, declared it was cleared and left. 3 days later, the toilet backed up again. They did not send the bill for a full couple of weeks so I suspected perhaps they were not going to charge since they were called and told the problem had not been alleviated but oh no..... I tried to reason with them on the phone but they were stubborn and unkind. Do not hire them. They have no work ethic. They told me they were giving us a great deal and also lied saying they snaked the drain twice which they had not done. We hired another company and resolved the issue and in a very kindly manner.

we had them come to our home to clear a drain on dec 23 cost $160.00 the next day the line backed up again. so i asked Charlie to come back and he said it would be 6 days until he could come back out as he had gone out of town for the holidays. (understood) when he returned he never called on wed as promised to see what happened. so i contacted him. less than a pleasant experience when i asked for a partial refund for a job not done correctly. as i was not able to wait 6 days or more i had to hire another drain service Rick @ R and R sewer and drain to come out and do the job properly. costing me another $200.00 as it was on Christmas eve. the drain has been clear since with no issues. the end result after mentioning this review to the owner . was that i did get the 100 dollar refund in cash the rest of this review is what it is . a job done correctly the first time would have been worth the price .

Yesterday evening just before going to bed my hot water heater began leaking. I googled emergency plumbing company's near Prescott. I called four all listed as 24 hour emergency service. No one answered at any of them telling me to leave a message. I then called Prescott Plumbing and within 5 minutes Charlie called me back. He had me send him pictures of the problem and talked me through getting the leaked stopped for the night. The next morning he called and arrived promptly at 9 am and fixed my problem, which was not easy by the way. Charlie never tried to up sell me anything as a matter of fact stated there was no reason to buy newer parts as what I had was still perfectly fine. So after the emergency call the night before and a two hour fix job his rates were extremely fair. I would highly recommend him! Oh and by the way only one other company called me back the next day.... Thank you Charlie. Great job!

We called Charlie after we received an outrageous bid from another plumber in town. Charlie explained that we didn't need all that additional work done and that he would be able to get the job done well within our budget. He worked hard and while the project wasn't easy he communicated with us on a regular basis and did the job quickly (which is what we needed as we had sewage coming in our home) and the fact that he stayed well within our budget was even more comforting. I highly recommend Charlie and will refer him to friends and family for any plumbing needs.

We lost our heating system in mid winter. Charlie responded immediately. Our systems was different and very complex. I found Charlie to be very bright, personable and well informed. We agreed to replace the water heater with an on-demand condensing combi-boiler, a tank-less system. His communication during the entire process was flawless. Workmanship was the best and his knowledge of such complex systems was impressive as was his response and rapid installation. The cost was about the same as replacing our original expensive water heater.

Recntly I had a leaky outdoor faucet and randomly called Prescott Plumbing. Charlie Gorlick got right on the job and when it turned out that there was no good access to the faucet connection he went the extra mile to fix that situation. He was on time, courteous and did everything necessary to solve my problem. Definitely would recommend him if you need a plumber. Oh and I feel the price was fair as well.

Not a very attention to detail type of company. They both (Charlie and Tricia) really screwed up and cost me a lot of unnecessary headaches. Lack of an education and being ignorant was the root cause analysis. NEVER AGAIN!!! He even has his wife Tricia Gorlick and family leave fake reviews for the company right here below...WTH? BEWARE they are cheats!!!

we were in a tight escrow and needed some things for the buyer and charlie addressed them, with great service and great effort. 4 trips to the house and great perseverance. our hero in the clutch. would highly recommend him anytime. and we were in california not prescott also, even better job for sure with the long distance communications.

Charlie came after hours attempting to fix a clog in our apartment. Unfortunately he didn't have the correct tool, so he was unable to fix it. He was unable to come back and fix it as he said he was fully booked. He communicated well and came when he said he would, it's just disappointing he couldn't unclog our main line.

Charlie had us provide a service for him. He signed for the service. He then refused to pay the bill. He says the contractor AJ Builders owes the money. It was his plumbing truck license to Prescott plumbing. He signed for the service. We thought he was a honest businessman. Beware of the COMPANY!!!!! NOT HONEST!!!!!

Prescott' plumbing is the best plumbing company in northern Arizona?? Third generation Charlie run the company !! Honest with his clients !!! He shows up takes dam care of his clients !! He's been my plumber ten years !! He shows up !! And you can count on prescott'plumbing five stars !!
