Where do I even start? Premier Plumbing has been such a blessing to work with. Anytime we have a plumbing need, they are not only quick to respond, but also incredibly thorough, which is greatly appreciated when working on homes that require comprehensive work. Whether the job is as small as changing out a faucet or as extensive as a full repipe, Premier never fails to impress me. Their work is efficient, high-quality, and dependable, but what truly sets them apart is their top-tier customer service. They are always willing to help, communicate clearly, and respond quickly. A huge shoutout to Bob Kavanaugh, who truly makes my job easier and consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. He is incredibly accommodating, genuinely cares about the quality of the work, and always ensures every concern is addressed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and professional!

Chris and Logan are awesome! (Bob is alright 😉) They saved the day at the salon by handling a lingering leak and knocking out the new plumbing for our shampoo bowl without any issues. Chris is a total master of his craft. It is obvious he really cares about the quality of his work and that he loves what he does. Between him and Logan, they were super professional, showed up on time, and got everything hooked up perfectly. Even though I like to joke, Bob actually got things scheduled quickly and really understood what we needed just by listening to our situation. It is a huge relief to have the new bowl ready to go. If you are in Gainesville and need someone who actually takes pride in what they do, definitely give these guys a shout.

We had RJ today and he did a great job. he was knowledgeable, friendly and on time. He took the time to explain the issue to me and find the solution. As always they came quickly when I called them for our leak. We use them for all our repairs on all our properties.

I am revising my review to reflect the fact that several months ago, we had a very positive experience with Premiere Plumbing. That initial excellent service is why we called them again for this recent issue. However, this time, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. First Appointment: No call no show We scheduled our first appointment, and the plumber never arrived and never called us. We had to call them late in the afternoon to find out what happened, which wasted our entire day and required us to change existing plans for the following. They ended up coming the next day. Second Appointment: The first visit didn't actually fix the problem, though, so we had to call back for a second try. We were given a time slot between 9 AM and 12 PM. At noon, when they were a no-show again, I called the office. I was told that we weren't even on the schedule, even though the same person I was speaking with had booked the appointment. When I called, I kept my voice calm but understandably expressed my frustration about this second no-show and the fact that the original problem still wasn't fixed. The employee's reaction was surprising to say the least. He basically told me he'd rather I just cancel and go somewhere else because I was "being rough” and they were “too busy already.” It was completely unprofessional to tell a paying customer to leave just for expressing disappointment in a reasonable manner. We totally understand that mistakes happen, but two major scheduling errors plus an employee who tells you to take your business elsewhere when you're understandably frustrated is just too much.

We are new in town. I called this company from a referral of a neighbor of mine for a slab leak on a fixer upper I purchased. I had Corey and Robbie come out and had it diagnosed quickly. I received the estimate and pondered it a day or two and then called them back to schedule the work to be done. The gentleman who answered the phone got us all set up and kept in contact during the process. The job itself went smoothly and for much less then I had thought! The guys were friendly and kept our place as clean as possible during the repairs. We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs!
