Excellent service, great work, and fantastic communication. They installed washer hook ups in my basement and then came back a few days later to fix an unrelated sink issue. I'm very happy with both jobs. John, Mason, and the other guy whose name I never got were all friendly, responsive to my needs, and clearly good at what they do. Pricing was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable plumbers.

I had my first, first time home owner disaster happen today! Imagine my surprise to find water coming from the lights in the ceiling of the basement 😭😭😭 I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to PrecisionPlumbing John, he took my phone call immediately, even FaceTimed me in my panic/freak out to help me figure out how to turn the water off until he could get here. From phone call to all fixed it took him only an hour and a half 🤯 and that’s with his 30 minute travel to me! I could not say enough good things about his service, thank goodness there’s businesses like this out there for times like this! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lost my water overnight called precision on a Sunday morning they were there a hour later found my problem had me up and going in no time!! Great guys very honest and prompt!!

Worst experience ever. I paid what they asked no questions. They dug up my sewer line and repaired the failed area. When they back filled the trench they breached the connection they made to the city sewer and over the next several months it filled up with sand. I had to spend a considerable sum to have a plumber come out and clear the sand several times before they came back to fix the problem which I had to pay for again even though they supposedly guarantee their work. They would not fully reimburse me when I asked them to pay for the plumber to clear the sand. On top of that they undercut the city street which led to a cave in and now the city wants me to pay for the road and curb repair. They won't even return my calls. You have been warned.

We came up north Thursday evening. We always turn the well pump off when not here. We turned the water on when we got in and I could suddenly hear water running. Ran upstairs but nothing. Could still here it and ran down to the basement. Water spraying every where. It was the water feeds running up to the shower. Checked the local Facebook posts and found John listed as being a reputable business. Gave him a call and said he would call back shortly. Sure enough John called back and said he could be here the next morning at 7:30am. He arrived right on time. After some connections checked it was found that it was a riser pipe that had been hit with a trim nail years ago. Had to cut open the wall, put a new piece in and tested. Thanks so much for the timely and quality service.

John was VERY knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He absolutely knows about older homes and their plumbing, new home plumbing, and I know he has been hired for many new homes under construction. I’m aware he gets calls for businesses that have plumbing issues. He installed a walk-in shower for us. We have an older home and nothing is straight. I expected to be without a shower for at least the whole day. He started at 7 and was done before noon. I couldn’t believe it! I highly recommend this business. He appears to be a workaholic because he’s always available; weekends included. I can’t say enough about dealing with a business that cares about the people he’s doing the work for.

John and his crew responded quickly to my call when my hot water heater reached the end of its life. The old gas water heater in the crawl space under my house was a “short” model that is not made any more. Since we had a height restriction issue, John explained the alternative for use of a tankless instant gas water heater, which is what we proceeded with. He quickly explained the costs and advantages. New water heater was installed and working by the end of the day. I suspect this little company gets a lot of their business because of their very quick response to people’s problems. Excellent service along with quality work is a great combination!

John at Precision Plumbing certainly wasn't afraid to gain a new customer on a Sunday night, we arrived home after a weekend away to a leaking water heater and the panic set in, we called several of the area plumbing companies (none of which would come out) and someone referred John, he got ahold of us almost immediately and arrived within an hour however upon arrival he broke it to us that we would need a new water heater but he wouldn't be leaving us without hot water. He installed a brand new heater quickly, professionally and pocket friendly. Thank you John, for making our life a less stressful and doing so without hesitation.

Such a great experience with precision plumbing! We just moved to the area and our hot water heater went out. We called at least 5 places who were telling me it would be weeks until they could come replace it. I called John and he was at my house the same day! I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help. John makes himself available it seems like 24/7. I again had issues with water pressure. I called John and he was able to guide us through the phone on how to fix the issue. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Everyone here did a great job. John and his team were very responsive and took on a large job with short notice. Like many projects one thing led to another thing and they continued working until the problem was solved. The winter wasn't nice to us and left us with broken pipes, faucet, and water heater. John worked until the job was done and they left us with a better situation than what we had before the freeze. Many thanks to the Precision Plumbing team!

They did not do the original work on my house but precision plumbing came to fix what was not right. Not only did they fix it, they worked around my busy schedule to accommodate me and made sure it was done right and they followed up. The plumber that came out was very knowledgeable and answered additional questions and very courteous and helpful. The owner made sure everything was done to my liking. I will definitely use them again.

Precision Plumbing really helped us when our water pipes froze. They answered the phone after hours and talked us through what we needed to do. They were kind and understanding. They were able to quickly identify the issue and get it resolved. The staff that came to our home were very nice and professional. We have worked with the Precision Plumbing team and John for over a decade. There is no one I trust more than Precision. Worked with John on some basic plumbing repairs but also a total renovation of our house which included just about every plumbing install you could imagine including some sophisticated Kohler installs. Best plumbing team you will very work with and very responsive.
