I needed to get water heater maintenance done. Did some research and Precision at a decent price of $49. Tyler arrived exactly at 8:01 AM and did outstanding work and explained everything. Now I feel confident my water heater works well and I know what to look for for any issues. Thanks Precision and Tyler for a great work. I am a very satisfied customer.

Devon was amazing and extremely professional. The original service he came out here to do was not what I needed, so we spoke through the options of what could be done and did a switch up. He knew what he was doing and explained it well so that I knew what I was paying for and the outcome that was expected. He was respectful of my home, pets and family. The technician, Tyler explained the issue and solution clearly and was upfront about the cost. He gave an honest evaluation of my options. He returned several days later when the part came in and finished the repair quickly. The furnace sounded significantly quieter as he had predicted. Very satisfied with the result.
