They overcharged me for services. They came to check for a gas leak in my house. I thought they would have some expensive, intricate way to find my leak, but no, they just used a bike pump and a diaphragm gauge and didn't even find the leak. Barely 2 hours of "work" and they charged me once 750$ then an additional 160$ the next day. For what, I have no clue. I never even received a quote or an invoice, and when I was told someone would call me to discuss pricing, no one ever did. I have tried calling several times, but it always sends me to an AI operator. When I called with a different phone number, I was able to reach an actual person who simply said I would get a call back, which I never did. Please rethink doing business with this company, as they will essentially scam you for your money. I will personally ensure those around me AVOID this company.

This company will take advantage of you if they think they can. We had them come out and look at our water heater That was having some issues. They informed us that it needed to be replaced, but the good news is that it was under warranty. They then quoted us $1900 to replace it and lied telling us that only plumbers could utilize the warranty. I was able to go to the store get the warranty covered and replace the water heater myself for $43 and 2 hours of work. Would not recommend this company to anyone they do not utilize honest business practices.

We had a gas leak shortly after moving into our new home. Energy company turned off the gas emergently, and we had Reliant come out to give us a quote for repairs. They did come out same day/quickly, which was appreciated (though it still cost $150 for being after-hours @ 6PM). They quoted me an outlandish price thousands of dollars over what was reasonable or expected. I spoke to their manager over the phone who was rude and argumentative, and every service I discussed with them was priced well over industry standards, and they were completely unwilling to come down in price at all. I called a competing company out the following morning who completed the work at less than 1/4th the price of what Reliant quoted me and were much more personable and pleasant to deal with. As best I can figure, Reliant knew that we were between a rock and a hard place with our gas shut off and no hot water in our house, and were just simply taking advantage of the opportunity to extort us. Would not recommend this company.

We called for toilet installation in our newly renovated bathroom. The plumber aligned everything properly, sealed connections securely, and tested flushing multiple times. Installation was clean and precise. Highly professional plumbing company.
