I had been meaning to post this for a while, but life got busy. I almost never leave reviews, but I had such a good experience with Potter Brothers Plumbing that I wanted to share. My water heater pilot light went out, and I first tried to relight it myself. When that did not work, I looked up a few videos, but after noticing a light gas smell, I decided it was best to stop and call for help. After that, I started calling plumbers to compare availability and estimates. The person who answered the phone was very kind, patient, and helpful. Cameron was already booked and had plans later, so it seemed like I might have to wait. Still, after a few calls, he made time to stop by since I was nearby in Nutley and wanted to make sure the issue was checked quickly. That kind of service really stood out.
