Brandon, Chris, and Danny were all excellent. Special thanks to Brandon who spent countless time answering all my questions. Chris installed a new State water heater and a Water Right softener system with plumbing updates too. Brandon and his team are exceptional people and knowledgable, detailed installers. I’ll be using these guys for all my plumbing needs going forward. Our water has never been hotter or softer!! Thanks guys!
Excellent response & service! I was very happy Potomac Plumbing & Gas was able to promptly respond to my service request. Brandon provided a complete estimate & he & Danny returned the same day to complete the installation & repairs. A separate problem that manifested itself was also resolved another day of my choice. I am very satisfied with the extremely professional services. My daughter has also received excellent services from Potomac & recommended the company to me.
Chris and Danny were great, they took their time to set up the water heater and softener and they explained everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend if you are looking for plumber use Potomac plumbing and gas Inc. Brandon is top notch as well, hes such a nice and professional guy.
Hayley (the person answering the phone) and I were total strangers yet she made me feel like we'd know each other for ages! She was sympathetic to my plight, knew the answer to every question I threw at her and was extremely instrumental in getting me set up for service ASAP! Brandon (the Owner) projected the same welcoming attitude as did Hayley. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do, the warranty and the cost. He resolved my issue promptly "without" getting in a hurry. My impression of Brandon is that he is an honorable man who is dedicated to his profession and takes great pride in every job he performs. I believe he has his customers' best interest at heart; a trait quite rare nowadays. I had no knowledge of this company but now that I do I would recommend them to family and friends and total strangers. .
Couldn’t be more happier with our tankless water heater. It was time to replace our 14 year old water heater, shopped around and got several quotes. Ended up going with Potomac Plumbing and Gas, and very happy with the end results. Highly recommend, very professional, transparent and great workmanship. Thank you!
