Craig was the tech who visited my condo and ket me tell you, I have never felt so respected while he was fixing my leaking tub! The professionalism was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and was on time and so nice to work with! I didnt feel like an idiot as he explained things. I can not recommend Poseidon plumbing enough and I will 100% be calling them again with any other issues I have with plumbing. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you so much Craig and Poseidon Plumbing!

Owen was the technician sent out - 5 stars for him. He was polite, respectful, diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly while explaining to me what was going on, as well as next steps should I notice the problem come back and how to reach out to AHS. The company also reached out quickly to schedule my service. The only downside to my experience is that the morning of my scheduled appointment I got a text that their truck was having issues and they'd have to reschedule so it did push my appointment back a week, which luckily I didn't have an urgent issue or a gushing leak, just a slow leak that was manageable until they could come out.

I’m seriously impressed with Poseidon’s fast and professional service. They worked around my schedule, which is rare these days. Craig—the technician they sent—showed up right on time with a great attitude and got straight to business. He listened, checked everything I mentioned, explained the problem in plain language, then grabbed the right tools and handled it without wasting a minute. Clean work, no mess, no excuses. I’ll be calling Poseidon again for anything plumbing in my home. Quality service like this still matters. – BiggDaddyToo, because quality and craftsmanship still matter.

The technician and employees were professional and performed their jobs to a satisfactory standard. However, their customer service was outrageously unacceptable. I had to have two things done to the my house, which one they completed (water heater), and a clogged sink, which they advised would require a jetter. The water heater we payed for which was around 1200.00$. The price we were given was around 350 for the jetter, as shown in the picture. When we went to schedule to have it fixed they upped the price and gave an excuse why they increased the price that wasn't part of the original agreed price. I still agreed to have to pay the new price at around 550 but advised this was unprofessional and they responded with denying me service. Completely unprofessional way to bargain with customers on price when there was a set price that they gave and then still deny service when there where called out on it. Also know when it comes to communication with them it is very difficult due to them not answering calls or texts. You can read other negative comments before mine to verify this. Overall when the work was conducted it was done satisfactorily and professionally by their technicians. There customer service needs improvement and is unsatisfactory due to bargaining price with customers after it was already agreed apon and then denying service because of reason unknown besides being called out on how unprofessional the way they treated us was.

No hot water for the past 4 days. I understand there was a holiday in the middle but it’s supposed to be a “priority”. Can’t get a call back to schedule anything. As others, AHS sent us to them for our hot water tank and a slow drain. They came out a day later, checked things out and haven’t heard back since. When I checked the app with AHS today it’s been marked as “service completed” which is a complete lie. Tried to call again to figure this out as I have an 8m old and we are trying our best. Willing to change review after clarification from the owner but until I have hot water to sterilize my babies bottles, do dishes and take care of our hygiene I can only give 1 star on this so far.

They sent a very rude technician named Owen to my house. This guy is unprofessional and had no boundaries. Had to tell him to leave my house or I will call the police because instead of doing his job, he wanted to deal with whatever issues I had with the Tenant I was evicting. The water heater has been leaking for a while where mold started growing. This company said they fixed the issue and I needed to get someone there to get the mold removed. After removing all the damaged areas and cleaning everything, came to find out the technician never fixed the leak. I contacted the company who told me they were not coming back and to call my home warranty which I did and they made them go back. Compagnie like this can only make money if they are dispatched from home warranties companies otherwise any decent individual person will never deal with this bs from businesses like this. No good customer service, rudes technician and don't care about doing the work well. So if you home warranty (AHS) sent them, please double check they are doing a good job.

Poseidon Plumbing was dispatched to one of my rentals via American Home Shield Home Warranty. AHS sent them detailed info about the issue my tenant was having -- the washer drain was slow and sometimes backed up with a full load of laundry. Owen, the technician, arrived and told the tenant that he would not move the washer away from the drain so it could be snaked, and to call AHS and reschedule another appointment after we had the washer moved. Keep in mind, over the past 20+ years I've had several other companies come out to various rentals for similar issues and NEVER had someone refuse to move a washing machine?!? Another peeve I have with them is that over the course of 3-4 days, I called their published phone number 8 times and NEVER did they answer the phone, OR... call me back! If you ever have a plumbing need, do yourself a favor and call someone else!

My home warranty company sent Poseidon to diagnose a leak, which required them to cut a hole in my ceiling. The warranty was supposed to cover the cost of repairing the hole, but Poseidon needed to verify its size first. What followed was incredibly frustrating. I had to call my home warranty company 5 to 6 times over the course of a month because Poseidon simply wouldn’t respond to them. When they finally did, they falsely claimed the hole was already there when they arrived. Even worse, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with Poseidon directly. I made countless attempts to call them, but they never answered their phone. It took another two weeks, about 20 more phone calls, and over six hours on the phone with both the warranty company and dialing Poseidon before they finally corrected their mistake.

Poseidon was sent by AHS warranty company to replace by broken water heater. The apprentice plumbers - Craig and Owen did a horrible job. When i called the owners- Jason and Heather to complain, they sent them back to fix all the mess but still did not complete the job as i later found out my sinks in the basement were not flowing. Owen argued with me about the clumsy job they did and was very unprofessional. When i called to let the company know my basement sinks were not flowing, no one got back to me. Jason was nice on the phone up until the job was done and payment given and I never heard from them despite phone calls and text to Jason and Heather. I will not recommend this company as I had a horrible experience.

Dispatched to my home by AHS. One toilet tank would not fill with water and water on the floor in the laundry room. Was at my house 12 minutes and said maybe there was a small blockage that cleared itself. I fixed the toilet by changing the flapper and fill valve myself. The next day AHS sent out an appliance repair person and he found the leak in the laundry room was a defective hot water valve. Had to pay the AHS $125 charge twice to fix the problem. Had to wait 4 days for an appointment to spend 12 minutes and nothing was fixed.

Jason and his apprentice came to replace our garbage disposal. While Jason looked nice and professional, the entire work was done by the young apprentice who finished the job without locking the garbage disposal. Three months later water started pouring down and the entire garbage disposal simply fell off and dropped. I called and the lady who answered the phone argued with me that it was not their fault and said she would forward the message to Jason. Then I have never heard back from them. Bad experience and I do not recommend them for sure

Chris Lucia came over to change out a Hose Bib. It wasn't coming unscrewed so he had to go in the crawl space. What he found was a contorted series of little pipes welded together and twisted - it was comical, it was such a mess! Chris very efficiently repaired the entire mechanism, and I am once again able to water my fruit trees and Sunflowers without worry! He was gracious and miraculous! And he kept me informed of what he was doing the entire time! I'm so very glad I trusted him with the repair!

I had an issue with my garbage disposal and I decided to go through my home warranty to get it fixed. When Jason called me to schedule an appointment for him to come take a look at it, he walked me through what he would do to address the issue. With his help over the phone, I was able to fix the garbage disposal myself, saving me the money that was due to my home warranty provider. I will be contacting Jason at Poseidon Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future!

Contrary to a lot of comments I actually liked the techs. However they caused a leak and now Poseidon will not pick up my phone calls or respond to my voicemails and it’s going on 2 weeks. I called Mountain Range Plumbing to fix it for me so the leak is good now. I’ll change from a 1 star if they ever call me back… Edit: they called me back after I left this review. I will move up from 1 star to 2 as I said I would. They said it was a mistake.
