We had yet another great experience with Port Orchard Plumbing, this time with Tyler. We had an issue with our subfloor and needed to have our toilet reset and a new wax ring built up. Everything was smooth and the conversation was great. Highly recommend.

Very professional and reasonably priced. I requested service to wrap up a bathroom remodel. Tyler came out and talked me through two of the three things that needed to be done that I could easily fix on my own and he ended up resetting and leveling the toilet. Well done and I will use them again if I need plumbing work again.

Today Alec and Cameron from Port Orchard Pumbling (POP) replaced our aging hot water heater with a new, more efficient model and we couldn't be happier. This is the second project they have completed for us recently, this first being the installation of a whole house 3-stage water filtration system between us and our well. In both instances, the entire experience with POP, from Vicky in the office to Alec, Cameron and Jeremiah has been exceptional. Vicky was great in getting us service scheduled quickly, and anserwing questions. Alec is very competent, knows his stuff, works quickly and does quality work. For both installations I received a text the day of service telling me when Alec was on his way, both times early within the window of time they could have shown up. Alec and his guys kept us well informed before, during and after the installations, answered our questions and explained things we needed to know. Plus they left both work areas looking clean and tidy. Stellar service, very professional installations, and nice people on top of it - what more could you ask for? Our experience with Port Orchard Plumbing was beyond 5 stars, but that is as high as google will let you rate a business! Our water heater suddenly died and we called several places in an effort to get someone out quickly to help. Port Orchard Plumping was one of the few that had a real person answer the phone. They prioritized getting someone out there same day and within 24-48 hours, we had a detailed breakdown of the issue, several quotes in hand on ways we could proceed, a list of excellent contractors who could support the efforts and eventually a new water heater up and running. Being able to text these professionals during my work day ensured that things were continually moving. The service was exceptional, the prices were fair and the team was both great at their jobs but humorous, which helped turn an unfortunate situation into something that felt much more manageable. In a world where this type of work is easy to cut corners. in and can feel transactional, this company has stayed true to the concept of treating people well and standing behind their service. I came out of this situation with several top not contractors who I would reach out to time and time again to work on our home. I cannot recommend Tyler and the team enough!
