Tim and his 2 colleagues (as it turned out… lucky they were there), were able to diagnose what we thought would be a quick repair of a water heating issue and turned out to be somewhat more complicated. They took the time to replace a tank (lucky they had one in the truck), clean up an electrical connection and repair the problem. They were neat, courteous , and communicated throughout. The repair was more costly than we expected but through no fault of theirs. Appreciated the quick response to our call for repair and completion of the job.
I cannot speak highly enough about the level of service we have had from Pond's on a number of occasions. We have had two emergency type situations over the past year and both times, Jason and his team have been immediately responsive and helped resolve the issues. We will never again use anyone else for our Heating, Boiler, Plumbing or air conditioning needs. They are simply the best!
Chris and partner were AMAZING! They really know Tekmar and found the issues Very fast! I am a Ponds Fan! They gently suggested service I should do without any pressure. These guys are the type of employees I would want in my own company. Thank You Ponds.

They arrive on time, take the time to explain, do an excellent job each time, humble and very kind and have never changed my quoted price. I've used them for decades and couldn't be happier with all repairs they've done on my home. They are all around the BEST company you will ever find.
When Logan first assessed my plumbing needs, he provided me with great solutions and feedback to match my needs. When Logan and his teammate came back to install the faucet I choose, I received more great information about questions I had about things, such as my water softener, etc. The customer service was excellent and my sink is beautifully installed. I would highly recommend this team from Ponds.
