I had two companies to come to my home for an estimate on a plumbing issue that I was dealing with. The first company was extremely expensive. I am so happy that I called Plunger Plumbing. Then I had the pleasure of having a technician by the name of Brendan Come to my home to give me an estimate and then came to do the work he was on time. He was so respectful so courteous did the work cleaned up any debris that was left I was so impressed with him. He kept me informed on everything he was doing. I can honestly say that there is no other company that I will ever call except for Plunger Plumbing and I will always request Brendan. To be the technician to come to my home, he represents that company very well with customer Service and doing an excellent job bravo to him. I truly hope that Plunger Plumbing know what a valuable technician they have I thank him and I thank them so very much

When we experienced a blockage in our storm drainage pipe, we called our trusted plumber. He advised us that this was something he did not handle and highly recommended Plunger Plumber for the job. Excellent recommendation! We HIGHLY recommend Plunger Plumber as well. The entire process of our experience dealing with Plunger Plumber was exceptional. Communication and customer service were superb. Joe was quick to respond to our inquiry. He promptly came to our house to assess the damage. As it turned out, we had excessive damage with 2 blockages. The repair that was needed included excavation from our house to the street. The overall work was extensive and complex. Joe was honest and transparent about what needed to be done and the cost involved. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. Despite the frigid temperatures the last week of January 2026, the repair work began when promised. The crew, Trevor, Frank and Brennan, were the BEST! They arrived at 8:00 AM when temps were -6 degrees and finished the job at 9:00 PM with the temperature at -10 degrees. This amazing crew remained pleasant, upbeat and so positive despite the harsh weather. The frozen ground and the deep frost line were no obstacle for them. They worked diligently throughout the day and evening. Trevor kept us informed throughout the whole process. When the weather finally allowed, a crew returned to our house and expertly back-filled the dirt in the trench, being very respectful of our property and landscaping. We personally can verify that Plunger Plumber is a reputable plumbing company for your plumbing needs. Plunger Plumber is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and has exceptional customer service. Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly give Plunger Plumber a 5+ Star recommendation.

Had to have new compression valve installed under kitchen sink so a new dishwasher could be installed. Called, appointment was scheduled for following day, no waiting. Brendan the plumber arrived early, was very professional and polite, and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Cost very reasonable. Would definitely use their services again and request Brendan.

Quoted me $650 to replace the drain in a main bathroom. Just the drain fixture wouldn't keep water in the tub. Someone else fixed it for a fraction of what they were going to charge me.

I am a Black male senior with full gray/white beard living in the East Cleveland area. I had a mild backup in my basement that started during the winter month of December 2025. I believe the problem was that the pipes had frozen as the problem did not occur before the temperature dipped below freezing for several days and I had only been living in the house for 2 years. I called Plunger Plumber based on their TV ads of 149 for basement snake out. The person who came to my house went into the basement with me and within seconds told me the 149 would not apply because the drain was too close to the wall and their regular snake would not work so they needed to apply some other methods. I promptly asked him what that meant. He said he could give me a price estimate and within minutes it was 1000.00. I told him to leave. He left my house but then he knocked on my door a few minutes later to advise me that he spoke to his supervisor, and they said they could do it for 800.00. I told him no and to leave and not to return. I then went to Home Depot and purchased a 100-foot snake for around 800.00 that I know own and snaked the drain. I took less than 30 minutes, and I have not had any problems since. This company does not honor its adds and I believe the fact that I am a senior played heavily on the drastic price change. I would not trust nor recommend this company.

If you opt to use this plumbing contractor and they want to dig up your yard to replace a “possible” collapsed sewer pipe, my advice is to get a second opinion. They charged an elderly friend $1,050 to install a 4” cleanout, attempt to snake and do a camera inspection only to be told that the pipe was too murky to provide definitive video footage, so then they quoted $5,500 to start the excavation. When I asked them about capping the expenses for the homeowner who is a bed bound widow, the response was that they’ve walked off jobsites when they get pushback like this and said it most definitely can go up in price if the clog isn’t located in the section quoted for the $5,500. After we realized the homeowner had insurance to cover repairs, two different contractors determined that there was no clog in the PVC pipe in the yard (so no digging had to be done) and the issue turned out to be old, corroded piping from her toilet. For less than $1,500, the repair was completed by a different contractor.

I had tree roots bust thru my sewer pipe in my front yard. It was backing up into my utility room. What a disaster. I called several services. None could come out for at least a day or two. However, Nisha from Plunger Plumber offered to see what her team could do asap. In less than 3 hrs, I received a call back and had a crew in my yard assessing the situation. Joe Mirtel, master plumber, went over all that needed to be done including pricing. He went above and beyond working with me to assure I got the repairs I needed on a budget I could afford. Thank You Joe. The job was big and needed 2 days to complete. Both days the crew was prompt and prepared to work. Tom and Cody kept me apprised of their progress. A+. The job is now complete and I am so happy and relieved. I have already recommended Plunger Plumber to my neighbor and family. If you ever need a plumber, don’t hesitate to hire this team with confidence. Thank you so much!

1 star I would urge anyone dealing with a major sewer diagnosis from Plunger Plumber to get a second opinion before signing anything. I was told I needed a $36,000 full sewer replacement. A second plumber later performed a camera scope and found that I only needed scale cleaning under the house for about $2,000. I was also informed that the line is PVC beyond the portion under the house, not entirely cast iron as I was led to believe. When I began questioning why asbestos testing had not been suggested before invasive work was being discussed, the company dropped the job and refunded my money. Yes, I was refunded. But only after major stress, wasted time, and additional asbestos-related expense. I also observed what appeared to be a positive self-authored review associated with the owner, which I found concerning. Based on my experience, homeowners should be very cautious and independently verify any major sewer recommendation from th

Highly recommend Plunger Plumber--the team is quick to respond and very professional. They worked with me to make a new bathroom in my basement, undated sink and vanity in kitchen and upstairs bath, and did some drain clearing along the way. For this work, my technician was primarily Matty, but I also worked with Nick a lot. Both were friendly and professional and I got to know Matty since he was at the house almost everyday for two weeks. One recommendation: assume that every home you enter is "shoe free." I have a sign on my front door; for my household it's less about cleanliness and all about keeping the house free of lead dust and pesticides, both contaminants are very toxic. In greater CLE, much of the housing stock was built before laws prohibiting lead in paint were passed (1977), so it's in the soil and in the walls of homes and buildings we're working on now. Thanks, team!

I called them because they had 149 dollar drain clearing and camera special. They told me that that didn't apply to my case because I didn't have a clean out and they couldn't go through the floor drain. They said they'd install one and I should be jetted etc... By the time they were done, my 149 special was going to be 1400.00. Possibly more if they'd have to tear up the floor. I declined their estimate. I called my regular company the next day. They cleared it through the floor drain for 180.00. And that was after I put in a clean out myself. Apparently not needed. When I mentioned doing work myself, one of the guys from plunger plumbers said " OH, you're a plumber?". The answer is no, but I'm a 62 year old homeowner who is not helpless. The old adage of something being too good to be true definitely applies with the 149.00 special.

I would not recommend this company. Definitely overpriced and doesn't get the job done. There was a leak under the tub in the bathroom. The initial bathtub didn't fit, so another one had to be bought and installed. Once the new tub was installed, nothing around it was fixed. The job wasn't finished. Now there is a new person coming in to fix what Plunger Plumber didn't complete. The repair person coming in now, did not understand why the tub was put on plank to be raised up to leave an open space at the bottom of the tub and why nothing else was done. So, now we're paying EXTRA money to have the job complete. I forgot to add that a "Supervisor" came out to look at the work that one of his guys did and said it was perfectly fine. I have pictures, this job was nowhere near perfectly fine and the job again was no complete.

Replaced bathtub handles and shower head (I do wish I kept my old shower head though; the one in its place now is much smaller, Brendan offered to take it off my hands for me, twice, and I was a bit naive to realize it just needed a good cleaning at the time). Faucet pipes behind the wall replaced and updated with shut off valves. Very professional and did an amazing job updating and replacing needed parts. A++ for workmanship. Updating review bc of cost. I found that what I paid was a lot more than average after speaking to a couple of other plumbing services and I lost a great showerhead that I'm now replacing bc the new one is too small and less pressure. Not a huge fan of the cheap looking faucet handles either. They're very small and cheap looking for what I paid overall. Sorry guys, I feel I was price gouged.

I had a kitchen sink problem and didn't know who to call and just as I was about to start looking Plunger Plumber came on TV with their advertisement. I liked the segment and decided to give them a call and Yes it was the right call, appointment set and Mario arrived who was friendly and knowledgeable about what my problem was. He explained everything and quoted me the prices of several solutions. We settled on what he thought would be the best solution and begin the task on fixing the problem. Mario started and completed the work in a timely manner, checked over his work to make sure everything was in place and working to perfection. His work is Excellent, professional and recommended. Would definitely recommend Plunger Plumber.

They came, they were quick. They cleaned up their mess, they fixed a problem and found another extensive problem, which has to be taken care of next, but Tom Dave and Robert were great and as a plus they had to do excavation. And because of that, I have a nice pile of dirt in the yard, which works out well for me, because I can just plant watermelons on it this summer. So it's saving me the trouble making a mound any way I thought they were great. They've been very honest, showing me everything. Any of the films they've taken with the camera, explaining everything they've done, making sure I understood it. They also give a fantastic warranty.Thank you very much , sincerely , Laurie knapp-calvey
