Called this morning on water heater issues. Service was same day and seen within 2 hours. I was given options on what needed to be done and an accurate estimate on a new water heater. The new water heater was installed very quickly and all my questions were answered. I will use Plumbworx for all my future plumbing needs and will refer all my friends to them. Great company and very highly recommended!

I recently bought a house and I asked for a new water heater and the owner agreed and bought one. Plumbworx installed the water heater. When I moved in the water heater wasn't working ( no fault on Plumbworrx )The owner himself came out twice and his brother came out 3 times with only the intention of getting me hot water and not costing me a fortune. I know this because they told me that. They stood by what they said. Who does that anymore? It's impossible to find customer service like that anymore! If your in need of a plumber don't hesitate to call Plumbworx. You will not be disappointed! We finally figured out what the problem was and they didn't even charge me! I'm very Greatful for them! The guys super nice and cool but 190 to snake a toilet for 20 min and tell me to replace toilet is just to pricey for me that 570 a hr yikes

My issue was big! I live in Texas and we had severe winter storms recently this year. My home water lines were damaged in all bathrooms, kitchen, and wash room, it all had to be totally replaced. I was told by 3 inspectors that the job would require replacing multiple floors and walls on my behalf. I called Plumbworx and immediately my issue wasn’t so big. 2 professionals was at my home that same weekend, installed all new water lines in entire house with only one small cut out in wall for a main shutoff valve. Everything was color coded and explained.Job was completed under 24hrs literally. That’s REAL quality and my family appreciates it sincerely.

I can not rave enough about this young man's integrity and kindness!! We have been dealing with clogged plumbing for 2 weeks now and no one wanted to help us because we didn't have any money to give but this young man came no questions asked fixed us right up without any hesitation at all!! Q and the gentlemen Jody who assisted him performed an EXCELLENT job with replacing my main water line from the city water meter to my house. The information provided to me was exemplary! The modifications (several) suggested by Q, were outstanding! The time it took for these gents to accomplish all the work required was noteworthy! My wife and mother-in-law were as surprised and as pleased as I was with our experience with plumbworx employees. WELL DONE FELLAS!

I can't recommend this plumber enough! He let me know when he was on his way or if he was running behind. He was punctual and very understanding. My water heater needed to be replaced, and Q did an excellent job installing the new one. He also ran a water line to my refrigerator. Q explained everything to me so I could understand the situation and gave me different options for payment. I will use this company for any and all future plumbing needs.
