We had an emergency - a clogged sewer line on a Sunday. Plumtree dispatched plumber Ricky Nunez quickly and he handled the problem expertly and efficiently. He shared his extensive plumbing knowledge with me and suggested several options to avoid future issues. Plumtree’s communication is excellent and provided a good window of time when to expect the plumber’s arrival. If you have a plumbing issue, they are great to work with.

Everyone I encountered during my repair process were all a pleasure to work with. Process and explanation were very clear and the team answers any and all questions I had. I worked mainly with Matt Marotti. He was very professional, polite and courteous. He was very thorough in his work and explained to me what he was going to do before actually performing the repair which I very much appreciated so there wouldn't be any surprises. Ricky arrived on time. He inspected our kitchen sink and underneath the sink. He provided us with itemized information patiently explained to how work is going to be done. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to answer any questions we have regarding projects. Ricky has done an outstanding job. He carefully handled all aspects of the job with great care and attention. He kept us informed throughout his work and when his job was done he left our kitchen counter and floor dust free. Thank you for great job. I decided to have another service by Plumbtree. I wanted to move my cooper pipe underneath the sink to install my new reverse osmosis. Ron arrived at my home and discussed and suggested the best option I have. He carefully disassembled my pipe and installed new pipes and added a mounting bracket to secure new pipes to wall. After pipes were done he installed my new RO system and checked to make sure no leaks and RO system was working properly. I appreciate Ron working on tight space working hard to get this job completed. Thank you Ron for excellent service.

Angel did a fantastic job replacing our worn down garbage disposal and helping us upgrade our kitchen faucet. Highly recommend their service for quality and speed.
