DJ did a great job at our house today. He repaired 2 toilets, replaced the faucet in our outdoor kitchen, and replaced the pot filler above our stove. He arrived exactly when he said he would and the prices were very fair. I would highly recommend!

Called an hour ago, they've arrived 15mins later, and repaired my water pipe connection to the utility water pipe on the curb in less than an hour. Issue was due to faulty connector, not freezing temperatures. I highly recommend Plumbtastic and as a homeowner, will use them again.

Avoid this company. Had them come out to look at a water line break I had and hopefully fix it. They wanted to charge me $2500 to install pex line and $325 to find the leak. Over $2800 to install one 30 foot pex line. Then they said we are charging you $69 to come out and look at it. At no time when I booked the appointment did they tell me about the $69 fee. When I called back after the appointment and asked about it. I was told “I assumed you knew.” First off people just don’t know you charge fees. You must let them know about the fee BEFORE they book the appointment. That is bad business and just wrong to tell people about fees after you arrive. She then said we will remove it if you book with us. Well I would have had no issue booking if that price made sense. But I had already had to estimates for $1600 the day before. Which honestly I thought was high before getting their quote. The call got progressively worse and the lady even more mad when I stated that the prices were too high and the fee was never disclosed. The other two companies didn’t charge a fee to come out. Long story short just find a new company. I do not believe all of the reviews of this site for this company. —-As you can see below by their reply they are not a good company. I recorded the call of her saying they she assumed I knew because I was asking for the repair and that’s what all business do. She should have just said from the beginning I’m sorry I didn’t tell you about the charge we won’t charge you. That would have been the end of it. But instead she argued with me about a $69 charge. Now she is attacking the reviews I complete when business like hers try and take advantage of the consumer or provide poor service. I will continue to post about poor service and horrible companies as they happen and great service and companies as I experience them.

08/06/24 Needed Zack again and he was prompt, professional and did a great job! He’s definitely my go to plumber! 10/30/23 UPDATE: Needed Zack to put a cut-off valve on a gas line connected to my dryer. I called Laura and within a few days, Zack was at my house and not only took care of the gas line, but moved out my old dryer and brought in the new dryer. Zack is always going above and beyond for his clients! Plumbtastic Solutions is the plumbing company to call! I wouldn’t use anyone else!!! 05/26/23 UPDATE: Needed Zack again and he was prompt, thorough, honest and got the job done. We have used Zack and Plumbtastic Solutions ever since he first started his plumbing business. He never lets us down!!! Keira takes care of the calls and always great to work with! Mark always a great job!!! Thanks to all!!!

Terrific small family company... my favorite kind. Responsive, reliable. personable, punctual, communicative and conscientious. Zach and Laura make an amazing synergistic team and have been invaluable in rehabilitating the 77 year old plumbing in my son's post war (1948) house, and will continue to be (we're not done yet!) Laura keeps them organized and on schedule, completely understands the complexities of the job and the business and her estimates are always accurate. Excellent communicator. Not afraid to wield a shovel either. Zach is undaunted by any complication and always has a solution. He is intuitive, efficient and works quickly and conscientiously. They leave the work space clean, tidy and their repairs are impeccable. Best of all, they're delightful people. Recommend without reservation.

I have worked with a bunch of plumbing companies throughout my career, dealing with commercial buildings. I haven’t ever experienced really terrible service but I just thought they were all about the same. Some good, some bad. While dealing with an issue, I gave one of those companies a call and they actually referred me to Plumbtastic. I quickly realized they are not all the same. The level of service, easy communication, and price, puts Plumbtastic at another level. You can rely on them to do what they say. They arrive when they say they’re gonna arrive and don’t add services or change any plans without speaking to you first. Each time, I paid what I was quoted. Every aspect of the customer to business relationship with them is simply great! Thank you, Laura and Zach!

I had a plumber come out 3 years ago to replace my outside leaking faucet. It worked fine for 2 years before starting to leak. The same company sent someone else out, who messed with it and was able to get it to stop leaking. He said that if it leaked again, they were going to have to do the work from the inside, meaning, cutting out the drywall that I would have to repair. A year later, I noticed it leaking after not being used for a period. I decided to use Plumbtastic Solutions, who was recommended to me by a friend. Zack examined the issue and determined that it was a cheap brand that was damaged during installation. He was able to replace the faucet and redo the mortar in a timely manner. I will use him again.

Hands down the best! Noone ever wants to deal with plumbing issues, especially during freezing temperatures. Plumbtastic was extremely quick to respond, communicated fabulously and has punctuality mastered. They were courteous, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently and professionally. Knowing they are swamped with all kinds of plumbing emergencies right now, they arrived with a positive attitude and did not rush the repair. I could not be more invested in recommending a company than I am Plumbtastic. Zach and Laura were such a pleasure to work with – took great care of me and my plumbing problem! Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience dealing with Zach and Laura with Plumbtastic Solutions!! They were so professional, timely, communicative, and efficient!! Before they entered our home they put on footies and Laura’s exact statement was, “we want to treat your home as if it was our own” and they did that exactly, which is a top level of customer service that I completely appreciated as a homeowner and it’s those kind of things that make them stand out from many!! They were so friendly and personable while executing the job efficiently! I would recommend them to everyone, they were great!!!!

We have worked with several local plumbing companies and Plumbtastic solutions has been the best! Not only do the answer their phones and respond promptly but they are timely and hard working. We have used them several times for large and small issues. They have shown honesty, integrity and persistence in finding the problem time and time again. So grateful for quality work at a good price! DJ and Cayde were very professional and courteous.

This was my first experience with Zachary and Laura after having read several very positive recommendations on Facebook groups. Very nice people to work with and no huge upsell pressure about replacement. Zachary explained the problem and repaired it after making a trip for parts. The price was fair and reasonable. I have a few other jobs on other houses that I will call them for. For now, I have found my new plumbing company to use.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. A friend recommended Plumbtastic Solutions. I left a message and they called back immediately. We made an appointment and they came out when scheduled and did an excellent job installing the new faucet at a reasonable price. Laura and Zach know their business and are very nice people. We will definitely call them in the future for plumbing jobs.

Plumbtastic Solutions has been helpful, informative and reliable. We’ve had large plumbing issues over the past few years and Zach / Laura have been quick to respond to my initial calls and always have us scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. They are dependable, trustworthy and just good people. I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing related issues.

Josh with Plumbtastic was fast and professional. He was very knowledgeable and helped prevent us from being scammed by another company. When I called I spoke with Laura and she was very wonderful helping us quickly. She was very positive and helpful. This will be our go to company. They worked us in on an emergency situation and we are grateful.
