I had a really good experience with this plumbing company. They were quick to respond, professional, and got the job done the right way. Everything was explained clearly, the pricing was fair, and the work was done neatly. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but they definitely delivered. I’ll happily use them again in the future and recommend them to others!

⭐️⭐️ 1-Star Review I recently worked with this company and had a very disappointing experience. The husband and wife team came out, but I only remember his name — Thomas. Unfortunately, Thomas was extremely unprofessional. He was rude, yet oddly flirty, to the point that it even made my husband uncomfortable. It gave the impression that he doesn’t respect his wife or his customers, especially female customers. Because of this behavior, I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them.

Nice guys, enjoyed having them around; however, they said they would make neat cuts so the sheetrock repair would be easily completed -- that didn't happen. They cut an AC drain line in the basement ceiling, causing a leak, and it took five phone calls/text messages to get them back to the house. Once back, the "fix" was to leave the foam insulation in place and tape over that as well. Obviously, the tape repair did not work. Now I can't get them to answer me. Going to have to fix it myself. Nice guys, but they will not be invited back.

We walked out to our garage one morning and saw that one of the pipes leading to our hot water heater was leaking. I called 5 plumbing companies that either A) were not able to come out to our house for a few days; B) didn't have any plumbers who were qualified to work on gas hot water heaters; or C) wouldn't answer the phone. My 6th call was to PlumbPro. They were able to get a crew out to our house quickly and repaired the pipe within an hour. The gentlemen were very professional and the repair didn't cost a fortune. PlumbPro will be our first call for any future plumbing needs.

We had a small leak in our salon which opened the floodgates to more issues. Heath & Christina came out and accessed the situation, fixed the initial leak and went above and beyond to fix everything else that went wrong! I can’t say enough about how great they were. They were so kind and honest and up front about the cost on everything they were going to do before they did it. They addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions. They are now my go to Plumbing experts! Highly recommend!

Heath and Christina are the best! They came out the next day to fix and repair our leaking shower. They were friendly, professional and explained everything that they were doing and answered all questions. Came the next day per our request and serviced our tankless hot water unit.. we would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue and the prices were reasonable also!

Thomas and Codi from Plumpro came out on memorial day weekend, was quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice and professional. They got to my house quick and repaired my problem within the hour. Awesome people and was more affordable than I was anticipating. I'll make sure they are the go to next time I need and service done! Thank y'all!

We had a leak of unknown origin at our house and Plumbpro was able to come out the same next day, find the leak, and fix the leak. We could not have been more pleased with their work. I refer them to anyone needing a plumber!

They are waiting on the time they can unhuck an audition part of our house to have water in the main house. Pipes froze and broken in the addition part. Need it undone for the main house.

Had a water heater flood our garage and their Athens crew came out and had us set up same day. Amazing crew and their prices couldn't be beat. Could not recommend them enough!

Prior plumber said they did all they do. Called PP and they came same day and though somewhat difficult finished the job. Fee was reasonable. 5 star
