We called Plumbline to help us diagnose and repair a couple of significant, lingering issues from a recent, badly-flawed HVAC installation. The work involved two separate Bryant systems. It seems the work that Plumbline - specifically Peyton - did for us has finally resolved these issues. Further, Peyton was respectful, knowledgeable, informative and communicative throughout the process, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards - going above and beyond, really. The company was very good about coordinating and communicating regarding scheduling. We've found that none of these things can be taken for granted, up to and including successful execution of the work. It's no secret that Plumbline tends to be more expensive than other service providers, but we value their predictability, courtesy, cleanliness and good communication as much as we value their good work. Well done.

Purchased our whole house water filtration system with Plumline and they came out super fast, installed the whole system, their technicians walked me through everything and how it functions. The Technicians were respectful of my house, cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Plumline , so happy with my purchase

Plumbline installed new wiring for a Level 2 EV charger, and provided the charger and installation as well. It went very smoothly! The initial consultation appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, a quote was given while they were here and the work was done by Tuesday afternoon. Overall, very pleasant experience and the charger is working like a charm!

Disreputable company. Have things set up so that individual installer can charge whatever he wants. They have you sign in advance that you agree to the cost. BUT I was scared. Carbon monoxide shooting into my home. Thought the price was high but wanted it fixed. Research shows $7,000 for hot water heater was 3 times rate.

We have used Plumbline a number of times and had them install a furnace and heat pump previously. We were always impressed with their work and response to issues. So I asked if they could lower a gas line under our cooktop that was no longer required and cap it for us. The person they sent told me if he had to shut the gas off the cost would be over $600 to relight a water heater, furnace, and a fireplace. If he could do the change without turning the gas off, it would be over $100. That means it was roughly &160 to turn each gas item on again!!!!!!! Needless to say I said no thank you since it was obvious that he would likely have to turn the gas off and he clearly thought the job was a waste of his time. I even told him I could relight them myself but he said that he had to relight them. Credit to him he did tell me any appliance company could do that work. I do not understand why the company bothered to send any one if the job is clearly too small for them. Very disappointed as they have never let me down before but please don’t waste everyone’s time.

I had a clogged toilet and when I saw the ad for $93 or free, I jumped on it. their technician came and snaked the line. when he got done, had "good news and bad news". the line was clear but we needed a new toilet. I bought a new one and put it in. it did the same thing as the first. I called them again and the same tech came and snaked the line again. this time he pulled out a big orange rubber looking collar from the line and other than that there was nothing. he called someone to run a camera through the line. I watched and along with the manager, we saw NOTHING. he proceeded to tell me that the basement toilet area had sunk over the decades. we needed to do MAJOR work to make this right. he gave us three prices. $6k, $10k and $16k to do the work and if we did the work with them, they would reimburse us for the toilet we bought. he put the old toilet back on and we have not had ANY flushing issues since. I have not had any work done and ended up with two bathrooms and three toilets and nobody takes donated toilets. I'm very disappointed with them not knowing if a toilet is good or not and telling me I had to spend thousands to fix what isn't broken. I'll be more careful in the future when I need work done

Our furnace was making noise; I had identified it as the blower fan. The furnace is 14 years old. Plumbline sent a serve technician out and a diagnostic technician to further validate the problem. Diagnostics identified a from store and several other sensors that had failed. Cost to repair versus install new unit lead to the decision to replace the furnace. A crew of two installation technicians replaced the furnace with a new Carrier that used a two stage unit and added a humidifier for only the cost the the part, installation addition labor costs. After replacement, a warranty technician reviewed the installation with the result being a fully functioning furnace appropriately sized to our home. Every technician that came out respected our floor, left without any mess. Most importantly, they were all knowledgeable professionals. The added bone was they were extremely friendly and personable. We got customer service all around our needs. Thanks goes to the whole Plumbline Team!

I have used Plumbline for several major projects. I like to think I was a good customer. However lately Plumbline has lost its way. Between missed appointments and having to reschedule it can drive a person crazy. This last project is one big issue. I just needed a new hot water tank. The first tank they put in did not work. The second tank the gas is venting in front of my backyard door so you can guess where the CO2 goes and it is so loud you can't talk. It will make my backyard no longer usable. I should have been told all about this upfront. They are coming out to move the vents, leaving more holes in the house. I am pretty sure the exhaust vents will be moved above my bedroom window. I am posting for two reasons. I was asked repeatedly to post a review and secondly when my bedroom fills with CO2 there will be a record of what happened.

This would be a 5 star but I desperately need some clarification. We purchased a brand new AC unit and Furnace from Plumbline last July. The sale associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He convinced us to purchase to purchase the "green" package. My wife and I both understand that package to come with some added perks. The one she and I were most interested in was the "free repairs" on the unit. We are also VIP members and so we have the free AC/Furnace inspection, which we recently did. We found out the AC needs some minor repairs. When given the price I mentioned that we purchased the package which comes with free repairs, but this technician was unaware of such a deal. I am hoping someone can read this and help me understand if I went with the higher priced "green" package with promised repairs with that not actually being the case.

I was a first time Plumbline client. My window for VIP service was 8am to 11am. No one arrived. I waited. Finally at 1139am I received a call from the Office stating service was delayed. What a surprise.??!! Technician also called about 15 minutes later stating he would arrive around 1pm. Technician (Ryan Guzman) arrived as promised and replaced my tankless water heater. Ryan provided excellent descriptions / explanations of the problems and the need for his work. He was personable, professional, hard working and an excellent company representative. Work was completed in a timely manner and the area was thoroughly cleaned and put back in order after the work was completed. But why would the Office call me AFTER the time window expired and not earlier? Lack of customer concern/respect?

We had a clogged Kitchen Sink. Made an appointment with Plumbline (as we have used them before and have been extremely reliable/affordable/pleasant to work with) and they sent their technician named Cameron out to assist. Cameron raised the bar even higher! Clear and concise details about what has to be done, what can be done to prevent, as well as outlined additional services that Plumbline offers (such as their VIP services for yearly coverage). We had zero questions once Cameron was through, he fixxed our issue in a jiffy, and even helped bring in groceries we had being delivered (when he was on one of his runs to his truck for tools)!! You can't make this up! We'll go with Plumbline for all of our needs. Thank you guys!!

As usual, my latest VIP Service Call was extensive and completed with professionalism and care for my property that is the hallmark of the Plumbline Service Company. There were numerous checks done on the AC and furnace systems resulting in suggestions to be considered on a preventive/proactive basis. I always request a particular service technician, by name, for these calls and he never disappoints. His knowledge and professionalism is exceptional. If you haven't availed yourself of the Plumbline experience, I urge you to try! I've had the opportunity to meet and talk with Bob Logan, the President of Plumbline. He is an inspirational leader and an example of what makes Plumbline a Great American Business!!

We were introduced to Plumbline Services by Costco. We have been wanting to install a Reverse Osmosis water filter for years but never researched to see what was offered and companies to use. Plumbline employees came out quickly after showing interest, told us about their filter system and we decided quickly to have it installed. We have had them out to check some things we were curious about and fix a gurgling sound when the water dropped directly from the drain into the pea trap. Every interaction with any of the employees in the office or in our home was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to do the work in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about our satisfaction throughout the process.

Recntly, I gave my husband an early birthday present, and we became VIP members for plumbing/electrical work! Jay Field and an associate were at our house the morning of March 19th, 2025, to check the new timer switch that my husband purchased at a local hardware store. The instructions for the installation of this timer were quite complex. We decided to have Plumbline supply/install a new "customer friendly" digital timer for our front porch. We also had a whole house surge protector installed on our main electrical panel, and two led dimmer switches were installed in our kitchen. We were very pleased and appreciative of the work that this experienced crew did at our house. Thank you!

They came to my house to clean the main. They managed to get the water to flow through but it clogged again 5 min after they left. They came back and refunded their fee. Then it was all about tens of thousands in upsell for a main sewer line replacement. Their drain cleaning service is only about selling the next project. Another plumber came out the following day, cleaned the drain, scoped it to show the result and all is well now. Be very careful these guys. The smiling faces and professional demeanor mask the aggressive business they're in.
