He also gave helpful advice for part info if the issue occurred again and gave some pointers on water heater maintenance and replacement. Overall, very pleased and would definitely use again.

I had a real bad clog in my upstairs pipes. The clog had made itself from one side of the house to the other side to the point where both my bathrooms upstairs clogged the toilets and the showers and everything was coming back up. PlumbingPro tech Jeremiah came out to complete the job. He was very professional. He explained the situation to me and fixed what should have taken hours in less than 15-20 minutes. He worked super fast and was very polite and explained everything to me. He even told me what is good and bad practice for my plumbing system at home. Great guy and knows his line of business really well. He even informed me of the potential sewage gases that could escape from my toilets if they have not been caulked properly (which they werent from the builders never doing it on a new home). I know if I ever have an issue again, I am calling them and requesting Jeremiah as well.

They responded within minutes of me reaching out (on a Sunday). The next day I had a representative of the company arrive named Jermemih. He was professional and knowledgeable. We were able to identify my valve issue and take the next steps necessary to get my shower working properly again. The price was unbeatable and so was the service. Good people at Plumbing Pro. Great service and very knowledgeable! I was able to get an appointment quickly. Jeremiah, the plumber, showed up right in time. He took the time to understand my problem. He did a full assessment. He explained everything he was doing in easy-to-understand language. He gave me multiple options and helped me understand the pros and cons of each. He thoroughly checked the solution in multiple locations in my home to help me feel comfortable my problem was solved. It was a very good experience.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I called them about a running toilet and they did a comprehensive evaluation of the plumbing for our entire home while taking into account our short- and long-term needs and wants. At no point did they try to upsell us on unnecessary services and Matt and Jeremiah are great communicators (and extremely knowledgeable). These guys are my go-to plumbing contractors from here out. Incredible experience with PlumbingPro North Atlanta! Jeremiah recently anchored a sink that was coming loose back onto a wall. He made some minor preventive repairs and got us back up and running in no time. He even caulked around a toilet that a previous plumber had overlooked on a home warranty claim.
